Any good hair styling lotion ? that does not cause hair fall or loss of color hair ?

So i have hair that are almost always mussed up and they remain scattered

while this is ok when i am not doing anything particular, i would like to style my hair to be a bit more elegant and attractive, when i eventually go on a date with someone

something like a back combed style or something that at least makes people (especially women) look at me

i knew about hair gels that were popular ~ 10 years ago but most of them caused hair fall / hair loss and some people also lost their hair color in their teens lol ( imagine grey hair in your late teens and early 20s )

so i'd like to know, if there is any good way to style you hair so that the hair remain in that style, at least for 6 hours or so ..

any safe products that could help achieve this ?
