Bathmate isn't working

Hey, so I just bought a bathmate last week. The expensive as hell $300 Hydroxtreme 7. If it could really get my dick bigger I thought, it'd be worth it. Well, so far, the thing won't even get my dick hard. I'm doing all the steps correctly. I close the valve, fill it with warm water, seal it over my dick, flip the valve open, and start pumping. I can feel the pressure and stop right before it starts getting painful. But my dick WILL NOT get hard. I don't know if I have some kind of severe ED from abusing porn and weed all year. (I quit both last month cold turkey). But this is just strange. Does anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

That's what alot of people are saying. On their user manual they claim it gets you hard if you go in flaccid. Guess not.

My advice (disclaimer oh don’t have one but seriously on the fence) is to watch penis pump porn videos. They all use it without water... and watching those videos I believe penis pumps work, just haven’t bitten the bullet yet

I have found the best solution to this (if it is possible) is to use it in the bath. Have your ipad in front of you with whatever porn turns you on (don't drop it in the bath though). Its a LOT easier to get it on when you are in the bath - none of this flipping nonsense. If you feel pain, stop and try again. It takes time to get used to but it is worth it.
