What are going for?

You very much fit the old GLL gym rat/douchbag style with that. Imagine that still works for a ton of girls (clearly based on your numbers)

Hats wise I recommend skate shops and brands. Best fits and style imo and the guys in there tend to know more than the average retail guy about good hats.
 
I like it. One thing I would say is that since you're a high contrast guy (light skin, dark hair), you should echo that high contrast in your outfit (read Alan Flusser's Dressing the Man for really detailed theories on what makes a man look good, albeit in a classic menswear/suits context). So I would change to darker shorts. I also don't like the red shoes, white sneakers are always safe (Stan Smiths are cheap as hell).

Really solid otherwise, like the guy above said, classic GLL style. The muscles and necklace help a lot.
