Looking to add in some home workouts alongside my running to build a bit of muscle and burn some calories while doing it on days when I'm not running. Looking for something around say 20-40 minutes and preferably not requiring equipment.
Just curious if anyone has a youtube channel they've used before and would recommend for this?
Or would I be better off just doing something basic like pressups, situps, crunches, plank etc etc
