Dressing to attract girls in their mid 20s

Hey everyone, I am in my mid 30s and I want to work on my fashion so I am attracting younger women ideally (23-29), What should I be looking at for outfits. I normally stick to just solid basic colors with no graphics, a jacket, sweater, dark jeans and white shoes or nice boots. I always wear a nice high end watch (I am a big watch guy so I do it more for me then for attaching females but it sounds like that fits).

But my question is should I be dressing my outfits up more (sports coats / blazers, kakis, dress pants etc?

I like girls with their shit together (not like dominant but just like not a mess or super rachet). Smart and submissive is really my biggest qualities I love. I am not sure if that fits an archtype? The hot girl next door type or motivated chic for the most part.
