So I have been listening and reading a few things Andy has posted on KYIL along with a few podcast episodes. Basically listening to Andy and his story just really helped motivate me to push past the pain and situation I am in where I keep putting off my weight loss and emotional eating.
The amazing thing about listening to this and another podcast I forgot which one, hearing the experiences of what losing weight did to Andy's dating life and the detail he went into has lit a fire in me I have not had in ages.

A big issue I do struggle with this that my dating life is not bad, I get sex from ok women not model hot but also not ugly or extremely fat which has basically meant I just simply was lacking motivation around losing weight as my weight is not really causing a shit load of pain in me like it did when I first lost weight ages ago when I felt like a complete sexless loser.
So I would love everyone to post their videos, podcasts, articles, personal experience below to motivate myself and everyone else on their fat loss journey, I think that when things feel tough listening to or reading something and allowing myself which on the podcast Andy said is a fine reason to get lean to get women to lust over me and get way hotter girls and finally not have a constant feeling of needing to run game and put lots of effort in to get laid. When that food craving comes up, when that feeling of I can't be fucked going to the gym, when I want to run to the supermarket and buy a big tub of icecream I want to come here and click on something, or listen to a podcast/video and motivate the fuck out of myself to push through this dark period of my life when it comes to simply not being motivated to lose fat.
Good is the enemy of greatness so I really want to fuck off things are good and become great!
