GLL's kratom guide

There wasn't too much to it, and since Chris encouraged others to make affiliate blogs selling his kratom (genius btw) there are tons of identical guides on the web.

- cycle the strains daily
- white for productive work, red to relax, green for all-purpose, socialization
- take two weeks off every so often

That's for daily use. Personally I only use kratom when I need it and there are zero issues with withdrawal or tolerance.
 
Interesting stuff. Maybe I should try this kratom thing, but it would require a little trip to the Czech Republic as we can't freely buy it in Poland.

I'm just confused about how we can tell if kratom is high or low quality? Without comparing various suppliers, there's no way of knowing I suppose?

Correct, no way of knowing. Plus results will vary based on you and your body. For example, Holden and I take Kratom from the same website. He doesn't crash, I do.
