I read the excellent Tinder guide and it recommends setting up the first date close to your place, for obvious reasons.
I'm in the process of buying a flat; what area do you think is most advantageous:
1. 10 min walk from (start of) city center, old flats, lower standard, has no bar/café
2. 30 min walk from (start of) city center, new flats, high standard, has bar/café
3. 45 min walk from (start of) city center, medium standard, larger flats for the price, has no bar/café. Closest to work.
What's the strategic choice in your opinion? I think 1st one.
