Time to get back in shape after being out of shape for so long. I was training to compete before my life sort of dipped. But I know I can get it back with effort and hard work and patience. Here's my logs for gym attendance, some work outs, nutrition / diet logs, maybe progress pics, specific work outs perhaps. Most importantly, here's a way to hold myself accountable.
