Gday all, the name's Mike. New to the forum but have been reading articles on the main site/working on myself for the past year or so.

My first main goals were to establish a good gym routine and work on my porn addiction. Gym is going great; I started because my posture was rubbish from a back injury ~15 years ago, but I've been consistent with it for 8 months now and am kicking ass. Still the beginning but I'm fired up, locked in and pushing hard for what I want to achieve.

The other thing is porn addiction...a difficult vice. I've been heaps better the past few months, have blocked porn on my devices but I'm still not happy with where I am. It's my primary immediate goal and goes hand in hand with the gym; I feel like a fucking monster when I have a good streak with both and that's *exactly* where I like being. I'm really trying to kick ass with this one as well, no bullshit, no excuses.

Part of taking myself seriously here is accountability from putting this shit out there honestly. I'll be upfront: it's my job to do this and I'm dead aware of how much of a challenge it is but feel free to kick my ass if I stop pulling my weight. I'd appreciate the help and input.

Beyond that I'll make a commitment to post semi-regularly, come up with some more concrete goals and push myself to do them, dig a bit more into my situation and how I got to this point so I can work through my issues etc. Looking forward to meeting some great, kick ass dudes who are trying to do a similar thing.
