My progress log

Yesterday:

1700 calories
Legs/Shoulders workout along wtih pushups/situps/squats
Udemy course and portfolio work for 1 hour
Wrote in my journal
Meditation for 30 minutes
Talked to 2 girls
Studied for 7 hours for midterm and assignment work
 
The past few days have been a write-off. Developed a moderate case of migraines. I think it's due to a few reasons

1. Dehydration ( it's fasting season in my country (dry fasting). Though I don't follow the religion It is very difficult to drink water in public have to be secretive. Fasting is roughly for 14 hours
2. Caffiene Withdrawal ( used to drink a lot of caffiene before this season, completely cut down on it for past few weeks)

Am better now. Does it make sense for me to hit the gym?, the only time that is suitable for me is during the fasting period. If I can't manage to get water I'll be lifting in a dehydrated state. Thinking of waiting 2 weeks until this season ends and then hit the gym
 
Down to 96kg as of today. Finally seeing some momentum in my weight loss journey. This is the lowest I've been in 2 years
