I would remove the license photo.

You could also do with one zoomed-in photo on your head and torso as your first shot. The one you have currently is a bit far away. If you're really set on this one, you could zoom in on it a bit.

It's a good photo. You're looking down (not ideal body language), but it's still solid. Not sure it will make a huge difference, though.
