Quick height insert story

I got the inserts Andy recommends and bought boots at the suggestion of Defguy.

I only put 2” out of the 4” so they’re comfortable to wear. Plus the 1.5” soles on the boots.

I’m 5’7” barefoot.

I was talking to a guy today about height for some reason and saw he seemed 1-2 inches taller than me. So in my mind I’m thinking 5’8”/5’9”.

Turns out he’s 6’1”! I forgot I had my inserts on!

These things make me feel taller it’s so cool.

Same I'm 5'10, 5'11 (178.5 in cm) and yeah, it helps. However, they kinda don't fit into my shoes that well, so It kinda hurts, but I just need better shoes.

They fit mine so bad. My feet kept slipping out, I couldn't wear them. I took them to the shoe store and tried on new shoes with my inserts and found ones that worked perfect.

Even then, my feet hurt for a week, but now they feel 100% normal.
