Started the day with a protein shake, gonna add some fruits or something else solid and healthy next time as the aftertaste was horrible
Went for a 3 hour Bike ride to a nearby city, learnt just how bad my body is currently as that was enough for my body to ache for a few hours afterwards.
Spending time with family and centering myself.
Watching videos on how to be a better dom, more specifically, on taming bratty subs. My last GF was of this type and i was fazed by even the most basic "what you gonna do about it". Planning to fix that flaw
