So the other day I had a call with seanconneryfan_ and he told me about doing the NMMNG exercises in a group immensely helped him with self-love and acceptance. I know this book is somewhat well-known on the forums because Andy literally recommends it.
So I haven't finished reading the book, and I've tried doing some of the exercises. I want to start over though so that I can do it with other people.
So here's how it would work: There are 40 or so exercises in the book. Once a week or so, we would voice call and discuss the exercises. The key is we need to be introspective and vulnerable with each other.
I'd like to find a partner (or multiple partners, this can work as a group), to do this with. I'm in the EST timezone so anybody in the US or a similar timezone is ideal, but we can try to make it work if you're from somewhere else.
Also: You need to be dedicated to changing. To gain the full effect, we need to go all in.
Let me know if you guys have any questions or suggestions regarding this idea.
Also: NMMNG = No more mr nice guy
