Simple Bodyweight Circuit from a Ranger

This is a really simple body weight circuit my cousin taught me from his time in the army rangers. It saved my ass during covid from getting too out of shape.

Do it in order, aim for 10 sets in about 21/22 minutes. No rest allowed. Build up to 10 sets if you can’t complete it.

10 Push-ups
10 air squats
10 burpees
10 sit-ups
10 pull ups

Sit-ups are your chance to get a few seconds of rest. It will push you. Add not let reps if it’s too easy.
