Spring/Summer 2022 Look Thread

Warm weather is upon us, which means short shorts! And skirts for the ladies I'm trapped on a military deployment so the current trend is all green and earthy colors lmao.

Jokes aside, what are the emerging looks for summer? I'm currently looking at Hurley Dri-Fit shorts in a large cariety of colors, some tank tops to show off the arms, V-necks for the evening, and sports shoes during the day with Air Force ones in the evening.

Also please post and IG accounts of cool dudes to rip off style from, I have zero interest in thinking too hard about this lmao

I desperately need to buy a fuckload of shorts, right now I only have like jogger type shorts and it's better to wear shorts than jeans when it's 35 degrees+.

Thanks for posting those Radical, I think I'll buy a few different colours of denim shorts at the mall in the next few days. Is there a style/colour of chino material shorts that is versatile and in trend? I can't really have enough shorts at this point, the more the merrier so if there's options outside of jean shorts I'll buy them as well to have more in rotation

And for shorts is the usual suspects like Zara good?

Keep an eye out for what the popular guys who are with women at trendy venues are wearing, and see what overlaps with what you're willing to wear. At least that's what I do.

Yes, I dig this. The skinny, almost cut-off jean type shorts have always seemed to look best on me. Also, as a shorter guy, I feel they elongate my legs visually. The last 3-4 summers I've worn pairs I found at H&M for <$20.

I donated/sold most of my wardrobe when I moved to NYC, so I'll be rebuilding everything over the next couple months — I'll keep posting inspiration/my buys here as I do that.
