Hello Folks, I hope you're ready for some long post !

Just to introduce myself quickly, I'm 29 yo, living in Paris. I had many times tried the dating apps without any probent success.

Previous week, I installed again all the dating apps. My goal is to meet and have one or more FWB. I'm not only using dating apps, my main layer of meetings is real life but well, we're in 2022 so I gotta put some effort in it too !

So I followed Andy's guide and tried Tinder Gold with boosts and other apps.

Here are the results I had for one week and the photos I used :


Tinder :
Sunday : 2 likes
Monday : 1st boost (At 8 pm when peak time notification appeared) = 1 deleted match
Tuesday : 1 match from a super like
Wednesday : 3 likes from a boost during swipe surge
Thursday : 0 like
Friday : 0 like
Saturday : 1 like from a boost used ay 9:30 pm

Total : 7 likes (not counting the deleted match)


Hinge :
Sunday : 1 like
Monday : 1 like
Tuesday 0 like
Wednesday : 0 like
Thursday : 0 like
Friday : 0 like
Saturday : 0 like

Total : 2 likes

OkCupid :
Sunday : 10 likes (scams ?)
Monday 0 like
Tuesday 1 like
Wednesday 0 like
Thursday : 0 like
Friday : 1 like
Saturday : 2 likes

Total : 14 likes

Bumble :
Sunday : 2 likes
Monday 1 like from a girl who already liked my previous profile
Tuesday : 0 like
Wednesday : 1 like from a spotlight (like tinder boost)
Thursday : 0 like
Friday : 0 like
Saturday : 0 like

Total : 4 likes

Fruitz :
Sunday : 0 like

Overall total : 30 likes on 5 different apps. Safe to say it's pretty low and don't ask me about the quality of the matches, most of them are very low.

I would love to have your mind on the photos, and to know if any of you have some real proof about shadow ban from Tinder or other dating apps .

You would have much more success if you thugged out your style (á la hip hop). But it's up to you if that would fit your personality and girls you want to attract.
 
Hinge works much better if you buy premium and send out likes.

I have about 600 matches on hinge since starting my account and not a single one was from receiving a like, I've received less than 5 likes total.

I got what you mean, but it's not really me (that said I also like hip hop styled girls). That said I'm actually crafting some rings and I'm planning to add more african based clothes to my outfits.

Can we also see you bio's for Tinder and Hinged?

Photo's 1,3 & 4 are all pretty good, the tennis one is the strongest of the set, but these ones are useable as you fill out your line up.

I actually really like the crown one, it's so unusual and you can hint awareness to the scam calls from princes trying to get their money out of countries as a bio joke or a prompt. Please send though the bios, I would be happy to do a detailed breakdown and send you a PDF review if that works for you?

When I was a child, girls hated when I pulled their hair. Funny how things change."

Actually I already tried the crown photo as 1st or last photo for my previous accounts but no more results. Maybe I already was hidden by Tinder ?

Your bio, is this the same on Hinged? do you use a voice note as a prompt on Hinged? Can you share the age range of girls you're looking for as well?

Check your DM's, I sent you over a detailed review that should help.
 
delete picture 3 with you outside. You don't look nearly as good in that one as the rest.

Try adding these prompts to your bio

The Hallmark of a good relationship is "Communication, Laughter, Trust and Amazing Sex"


and "We'll get along if "you don't steal my hoodies"

I find these do really well with getting hooks for girls to run with in matches or convos
 
Mates Brother_Tucker is a living machine, he gave me really solid information and content about my profile, you can trust him !

Thanks for your tip countingseep7878, I'll try them a bit later after experimenting the modifications I already made.

To give you all an update about previous week :

Tinder gave me 6 like, only from boosts and one super like.
Fruitz gave me 0 like.
OkCupid gave me 2 likes.
Bumble gave me 0 like.
Hinge gave me 1 like.

That's a total of 9 likes previous week which is very very low. One thing I find really strange is that Tinder sent me a lot of like notifications and those one didn't appear in my likes count. I strongly believe that my number is under a shadow ban. I'll maybe try to make another account with facebook since I didn't use it for creating an account since a long time.

I made a lot of modification to my profiles with Brother_Tucker's help, let's see if that increases my likes rate.

It definitely captures attention, but in the wrong way. I think it would get a ton of instant left swipes.

I wouldn't use a pic where you're wearing sunglasses as a first, keep that one for later.

Your second pic has a good idea of masculine vibe but the background is plain and grey ( = boring ), crossed arms is bad body language, also not to keen on the outfit.

The tennis pic shows that you are competent (or at least very much look like it) but here again, the background with the wood isn't a look.

If you aren't doing any photo editing or know how to, you should try to find someone who can. You can easily gain some points by making the background more visualy pleasing and doing some slight facial enhancement.

About the crown pic, I'm thinking about removing it, it is strong but I don't know if it conveys the righr energy.

I tried to put the second photo as the first one during one week. Nothing happened. Same for the suit photo. Tried it as 1st one since 4 days but nothing happened.

Those aren't prefect ones but I think I should have at least few likes or matchesba week, but absolutely nothing came (same for other apps)

I tried the crown pic as 1st but nothing came out of it. I think pic 3 is a good one to show my whole body, from head to toes, plus it show I travel in nice places :)
