Tips for finding models and/or photographers

I'm trying to do a professional street photo shoot, similar to what Ed did recently. I'm wondering if anyone has tips, broadly speaking, for finding models and photographers for this kind of work.

I'm currently in Miami and so far have found a few photographers by searching hashtags, such as #streetphotographymiami. I'm hoping some of them might also work with models that they can refer as well.

Any other suggestions?
