Practiced taking photos, still need a remote shutter and a tripod tough
Three 5/5 gym weeks, haven't miss a day yet
Down 1 lb, look much leaner though
Tracking all food intake, no junk, 2500 calories a day, 150g protein, may need to boost to 2800 calories a day to gain mass. Will adjust next week
Massive gym PRs every week, doing pure hypertrophy so PRs are are secondary
Solid face skin care morning and night routine
Improved my face grooming
Bought new pillows and bedding
Improved my supplement stack
8+ Hours of improved sleep everyday
Quit masturbating completely (10 year everyday addict, was easier to stop than I realized)
Quit excessive video games (I see it as time waste now)

My left elbow hurt a little for 3 days.

Holy shit writing this all out puts a smile on my face.
Before this I was really "comfy" with my life, doing the same thing everyday for years. I can only imagine what my body will look like in 1 year and what system improvements I will make.
I don't smoke, zero alcohol, no drugs (except caffeine lol), no jacking off, I feel like a super solider.
