I recently completed a challenge called 75 hard which consists of the 5 following tasks:
•Two 45 min workouts (1 has to be outside)
•Read 10 pages of non fiction book
•Follow a diet
•Drink 1 Gallon water
•Take a progress pic
Phase 1 (30 days) consists of the same tasks but with 3 added elements:
•Two 45 min workouts (1 has to be outside)
•Read 10 pages of non fiction book
•Follow a diet
•Drink 1 Gallon water
•Take a progress pic
•Add 3 critical power list tasks
•5 min cold shower
•10 min visualization
