75 Hard Phase 1

I recently completed a challenge called 75 hard which consists of the 5 following tasks:
•Two 45 min workouts (1 has to be outside)
•Read 10 pages of non fiction book
•Follow a diet
•Drink 1 Gallon water
•Take a progress pic

Phase 1 (30 days) consists of the same tasks but with 3 added elements:
•Two 45 min workouts (1 has to be outside)
•Read 10 pages of non fiction book
•Follow a diet
•Drink 1 Gallon water
•Take a progress pic
•Add 3 critical power list tasks
•5 min cold shower
•10 min visualization
 
Recently after I finished 75 hard about a month ago it feels like Ive been going on a downward cycle with my day to day routines and the AA program. Im starting Phase 1 to get back and build up the momentum again and also to finish the AA program. Day 1 complete ✔️

•Two 45 min workouts (1 has to be outside)✔️
•Read 10 pages of non fiction book✔️
•Follow a diet✔️
•Drink 1 Gallon water✔️
•Take a progress pic ✔️
•Add 3 critical power list tasks (AA 1 girl, clean & organize room, and read the nofap guide ) ✔️
•5 min cold shower ✔️
•10 min visualization ✔️
 
Day 2 complete. Lets get this moneyy

Failed on day 4 by not doing one of the 3 critical tasks. im going to restart it next tuesday on the month of march
