I don't think this photo is an improvement over your current ones. The lighting isn't great and we can't see your eyes. Try to take photos in cloudy conditions or at golden hour after the sun has gone behind buildings/trees for better diffuse lighting.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll relegate this one and try for better pics when it's cloudy

Went on my tinder date today. She was a little overweight and 35 but I made myself go just for experience and actually had a pretty good time talking and connecting. She also seemed pretty into me which was very validating even though I politely tried to friendzone her lol. This is a big win for me and proof of concept that even with my shit logistics and crude profile I can at least get on the ladder, a low rung but its a start. This makes 2 dates in a week and a half for me which is unprecedented. I'm also pleased to know that I can socialise and click with women, overcome my bullshit thoughts- I was honestly thinking of flaking and put myself out there. We ended on a hug and I hope I can recreate this success with women I actually want to fuck.

OLD:
Tinder: 200 swipes, got some matches and sent some template messages, I'm getting a few message me first which is cool
Bumble: Got a match, no message yet, all swipes used
Hinge: 50 likes sent, 3 matches, 2 conversations, asked one for a coffee- waiting for response

Diet is pretty fucking impeccable at this point: Today I ate free-range local eggs, wholemeal bread. Dinner was salmon fillet, broccoli green beans and tomatos, had some satsumas and an apple post workout

Been feeling quite stagnant and overwhelmed the last few days so I will focus on weekly and monthly goals and try to take consistent small steps.

OLD:
Tinder: didn't boost on Saturday as i got loads of matches thurs/fri and found it hard to wade through all the messages, I'm getting some attractive girs match with me.
Bumble: all swipes used, 1 match, no message
Hinge: 50 likes a day gets me about 5 matches but the convos dont seem to go as far as on Tinder right now, will up to 100
I might have a few dates lined up through my efforts: there could be one on Tues when i'm back down in Brighton and hopefully a couple next weekend. Will try using boosts weds/thurs to line something up for the weekend too.

Looksmaxxing:
Diet is healthy but my weightloss has stalled, I'm getting my diet program this week though so it should start dropping again

Tinder: all numbers met, hopefully got a date this Saturday. Another girl seems straight up dtf but also sais she's working this weekend ffs. Ran a boost weds and today to try and get dates for the weekend- seems to be working although I definitely get less matches compared to fri/sat/sun boosts.

Bumble: Got a match and am talking to her but have given more attractive girls priority
I have another date lined up tomorrow, she's pretty but also a Christian so could be a prude which doesn't help when I dont know what I'm doing haha

Had a meeting with dietician today. Scales said I've gained muscle and no fat so body comp has improved. We will increase the defecit and keep moving the weight down

I actually got a few matches from some very attractive girls when I was in Brighton over the weekend and they replied to my messages which is cool.
I might try a match.com profile and see if that's any good.

Went out and met a good friend/mentor today. He's a combat vet, has a PhD in neuroscience and a fit wife. Talked about moving out of my small town and onto better things. He said I'm capable of finding my way and I told him to stop being fat lol.
Saw a female friend too, its crazy how many guys she has after her. She got absolutely shitfaced and threw up but still had someone to drop what he was doing and drive her home at 3 in the morning!

Talked to this one girl for a while but she bounced without saying anything.

The bar in oxford was really cool though, so many absolute stunners.
I definitely get lost in crowds and don't have that extraverted ability to talk to loads of people but it was good fun to get out.

I could keep my job and move to Oxford which is decently sized but expensive af. Or risk taking a hit to my salary and go somewhere bigger. Its time to get serious about this - I will be out of the house by October even if I have to wing it.
 
Date 3: she's a bit bigger than in her pictures. Great vibe and conversation but I'm not that attracted to her so it feels a bit platonic. Happy I got another date in though, I was super nervous but felt more chilled out and made just a nice human connection with her. She actually took the train down to see me too. Faced my demons and feel content.

Social: Asked the girl from last night out, she says she's not looking to date as she's just come out of a relationship. Pleased that I asked and my intentions were obviously clear.

Looksmaxxing continues: I'm going to be super healthy this week and treat myself well. I want to limit social drinking too: I use it as a crutch but holy shit if I drink too much I get waves of anxiety and this bleak dread just oozes into my mind; not very fun lol.
Also I smoked a cigarette on both nights - won't do this again, I deserve to be healthy
My weight stayed the same - I'm following my diet plan still so hopefully I'm just holding onto water weight and glycogen and the fats still coming off.

Job search failed: I've at least told one of my best mates about it and my folks know too now and seem pretty supportive which is really cool.

I finish work early on Fridays so I can drive into Oxford Fri,Sat,Sun and do day approaches at least 3 days a week. Even if I just compliment one woman it'll be a start. If I bottle it anyone reading this please call me a cunt haha

Skincare done, my face actually feels smoother.
If I can sort out/kinimise the bags under my eyes and get lean I think I'll actually be in a really good position- then it'll just be my mental bullshit holding me back- which I know I can overcome.
Researched hair-preserving shampoo from MPMD, will also find a good dermaroller to buy tomorrow.
Looked into tanning peptides as I'm very pale and burn easy, not keen on injecting but they seem interesting.
Got a dickmaxxing routine on the go which I'd highly recommend to people who've gone through years of sexual repression as it makes me feel more potent.

Pretty slow day and the early shift 5am start was brutal after a weekend of drinking/socialising/date

I've been 28 for a month now! But I am moving slowly forwards.
