Check-in:
Had a great workout, completed a window clean and had a talk with someone from a training course for plumbing and gas engineering.
Right now I'm paying off a coaching course and doing this course would add another £400 a month on top of that, add in renting and it's not really a good option right now.
If I save up for it it'll take about six months to be able to pay for it upfront.
Moving back to Nottingham with a job I like better and a cheaper place is a decent option but it still means I'll be figuring out what to do for work long term.
I could go hard with the window cleaning for a year, make good money and then look to add other skills in once I already have a business up and running. This would mean the costs are no problem and solves the boredom issue.
I'm going to need more cash to pay for everything and I think that's what this business model is best for. I can also aim to move onto the sales and management side of and take on an employee as well.
Most importantly I want to be building things rather than spinning my wheels.
Decision:
I'm going to aggressively pursue window cleaning (with my add on services) and really dominate and scale the business. I set my sights too low on the end goal and forgot about playing to win.
