Manganiello's 2025 Update

Monday

Work time on #1 priority...

7 hours

Done:
✔ Wrote all the copy in the email sequence
✔ Created email sequence
✔ Cleaned up list 272 leads down went down to 93 verifiable leads :(
✔ Sent out 93 emails.

What got missed:
✖ I made a goal last week to get an accountability app/group going again, set up the systems, but not the group. This is important, and I don't want it to be lost to time.

Thoughts:
Need a much better way of sourcing contact info.
Mine is cheap + accurate,
but time consuming as fuck,
I have capacity for 200 new contacts/day... So definitely under utilized here.

Like all marketing campaigns, on launch I feel like a genius who found a new way to print money. But the final numbers never lie.

Rant
Reminds me of the coach I got last year saying he was booking 8% of all of his emails. - what a buffoon. Ain't no way he did that. And if he was so successful, why didn't he do it for more than a year? Tell me bitch.

Time spent:
- 1.5hrs on #1 priority
- 12hrs on job
- 0,5hr gym session

What got done:
- Purchased a new contact scraper.
- got an additional 20 emails sent out.
- 136 new contacts generated - no names tho...

Need to get better at fingerprinting people who go to the website. Now that I'm doing B2B, it should be easier to tag visitors. In theory anyway, but might run into some tech constraints. The reason I made money on my last biz was because I solved for complicated headaches that gave me efficient in other words more profitable marketing.

Read a few interesting things on a 2hour deep dive yesterday and today...

Unless you have customers prying the product away from your hands you don't have a product market fit, and your marketing and efforts will be leaky with churn. It's obvious but I think when someone comes and points a spotlight at it, it's a good reminder.

also heard from James Currier that I should be running 20-80 experiments a month... should learn a bit more instead of just assuming I know what he's talking about.

Overall long ass day. Just glad I still put in 90 minutes of work, went to the gym.

Probably aimed to people who have the luxury of doing something full time, not before or after a job.

True. And probably with a small team too.

But I'll be working 30 hours a week. So could move in that direction atleast.
