Despite my literal best efforts...Trying very hard....Body & brain just gave in. So tired, stressed, barely sleeping since Wednesday.

I am a believer in understanding how to navigate difficult days in performance. It is fine to have them, but you need to understand: why? And immediately do something about them.

Each day is so precious, very sub-par days of performance, start the slow descent into the abyss of excuse making, I'll do it tomorrow, and it is underachievement and under performance from there.

So, what happened?

Up at 1am (REKT), biz partner needed a call, which I took. A friend wanted to talk about 10 mins after that at 230am. At 3am I jjust started my day.

Was working well, getting stuff done, ticking off admin tasks also, then....boom.

Couldn't even function. Destroyed.

What is happening?

-Low sleep
-Mismatched circadian rhythm
-High cortisol, Adrenaline
My recovery on my Whoop strap, is at 8% right now.

Key issues to solve:

-High cortisol: Until this goes down, sleep isn't happening. While I am cutting, my body is going to stay in the stress state until it gets an anti-stress cocktail. Preparred a suggared beverage, Ray Peat style, and had that now. It's 00:38. I will try to get to bed after this.

-Circadian rhythm: I am actually wanting sunrise at 440am, getting outdoors, so this SHOULD be resetting, Therefore, the problem is more a case of high stress/cortisol. That has to come down first.

I did have a great call with Vin, and a good appointment with a Dr in Spain to try something new. I got the script, and will have to go to Spain to get it. Anywhere in Spain will work.

Vin and D, do not think I should do the shoot with Chrissy. The timeline isn;t working for us. I need to push to get the rhinoplasty, keep cutting, and then get a shoot done ASAP. If anyone knows anyone good in the UK, let me know.

Thereafter, for content, Vin and D, want me to make a viral-type piece, of swiping 500,000 girls in Europe as a brown guy, to see what happens. We're going to use the software Paw sells, to track the swipe stats.

Getting my bf down, and fashion right, for the shoot is very important. I have not done well online ever, despite all the coaches & mentors I've had, it was a domain I could never crack. I always made something happen by geo-maxxing and being good enough to make something off of the 1 or 2 matches I might get every month or two. It's so bad how competitive it's gotten online now! You just need the right look. Hence why I am sugermaxxing and stuff now.

Can't dwell - never hate the game, just find ways to win.

We think, post surgery, with more cutting, and absolutely nailing the fashion, we might be able to get something going. If not, no worries, it will still be epic content, and it will take me across Europe recording this!

I will be going back to Mexico in about 6 weeks. To move in with my biz partner, Vin, and really hustling to build my companies. I will be using the apps again as soon as I get these new photos, and am outside of the UK, where it's such brutal racist death I genuinely cannot get a date for the life of me, We'll make a lot happen this grind season.

Jet lag, whilst annoying, will get handled. And tomorrow will be a far better day.
 
Year + in dat bulk, I got some thiccness now and genuine muscle/strength, which was sick, but your bodys aesthetics really aint cutting it for the game no more!

Cutting is going fairly well, doing my level best. Jet lag has to be dealt with but when it's full steam ahead.

Posting this video for posterity. Just a small increase in BF was enough to completely leave "kinda cute guy" reality and go back to invisible. As you'd expect tbh. Not complaining - doing the work.

I don't have the time in the day to express how complex this shit ended up getting for me, I don't think I will share that, will keep it to myself.

However, one thing I can promise you, as a full on dog and hustler from dirt fucking nothing, is that with enough self improvement, anything is possible.

Yes, it's hard.

That is the nature of being a man.

To be hard as hell and stare hell in the face and say fuck you.

It's gotten so bad for men now, in particular young men. My heart breaks for them.

Social media, porn, social narratives that despise men.

These are systems set up to break men.

And it angers me to my core.

I will dedicate my life to fighting back against forces that want you to accept mediocrity, to take your power away, to have you be cucked and demoralised and have to accept a dog shit life.

Where your dating life is shit, career shit, travel, network, it has become so hard to even play the game now for most men, shit that was working years ago just doesn't now. The quality of women and how bad dating has become just saddens me, for those who seek a family, it is bad out here.

There are some of us who are just not going to stop fighting until we are dead, buried and gone

So I will keep building my brands, like I said I have a team now, I invest everything I earn back into the movement and won't pay myself for a few years.

Daily Log:

Thur 12th June

Up at 345am. Uber to airport. On flight at 7.

Land in Spain.

Diff climate. Diff market. I’m in a small resort town, picking up a compound (legal, I have a prescription), and then flying back.

I can feel the different energy. It’s not like the death of England, and then NYC. Women’s energy is different here. I’m noticing subtle cues.

Get off the plane about 930. Through security. The Spanish people are very different from the English, people are chill, less tense.

Try the first pharmacy, they don’t have it. CUCKED. I’m on the clock so have to act fast, I have about 5hrs on the ground before I gotta dip.

Uber to another pharmacy. They have it! But only one packet. Meaning I will have to go elsewhere to get the next.

Here’s the thing. The Spanish milf serving me, is smiling, happy, we’re joking with each other, enjoying the energy - she is clearly slightly attracted at being around a 6ft5 colossus of a brown man.

…Does this EVER happen in the US, in the UK?

No.

4 years of fucking brick wall game. It’s why men get so insecure, you can’t consistently be treated like shit for years and not experience deep self doubt.

Low SMV is the case world over, you will always stack up in the bottom of the sexual market place, but my point is, your battle is worthwhile in some locations. There are some humans who will look past it and give a chance. I feel it.

Onto the next. Go to the next pharmacy. Score packet 2. I’m testing my frame with the next pharmacist milf also, she’s more reserved, but still nice, liking the energy, and I can tell it’s a qualitatively different experience to what I was getting in the UK & US.

SMV & Frame = King. I cannot put a gun to someones head and make them attracted to me. If you are legit frameless, you have to find a way to secure something. SOMETHING! Body, Face, Style. With Game. You also need to know a lot of tricks if you’re Low SMV. There is a dark art you have to learn, unfortunately. Swallowed that pill.

The job is now done. I eat a steak, and watch the waves crash against the shore for a bit.

I spend an hour or so on the beach.

I then go to the airport, fly back to the UK, get home, and now on the attack.

  • UK & US: brick wall game. Sickening experience, where you learn the ugly truth of female nature. I've seen too much now. It changes you as a person.
  • In some geographies, the war is slightly fairer. With a slight chance, the true hustler can make something happen.
  • If you're a low SMV man, the harsh truth is:
    • You need a body. Get it at all costs. Before I gained slabs of muscle, women (and men), 100% treated me like a peasant. There is a different energy now.
    • You need a face. Still working on this. Surgerymaxxing. Women are more visual and discrminatory than they have ever been. The marketplace changed a lot. I'd say we lost our power.
    • You need style. Not generic fuckboy. You need to find an angle, an edge, a unique factor.
    • You need game. Even now after 4 years, they battle me like crazy, play all manner of games, few ever give frame, it's simply disgusting how women treat low SMV men. Game is sick because you learn the art of warfar and how to be more cunning than them, and win.
    • Accept you have to move with dark art mastery. Game is 100% rigged against you. Stuff that people told me, did not work for me. Burn all that to the ground. There is another way. It's a very different pathway, and not for most, because it's a bitter pill. For those who have no choice, they will come to understand eventually. We can then talk.
