Despite my literal best efforts...Trying very hard....Body & brain just gave in. So tired, stressed, barely sleeping since Wednesday.
I am a believer in understanding how to navigate difficult days in performance. It is fine to have them, but you need to understand: why? And immediately do something about them.
Each day is so precious, very sub-par days of performance, start the slow descent into the abyss of excuse making, I'll do it tomorrow, and it is underachievement and under performance from there.

Biggest Win:
Good Goggins walk despite total exhaustion. Didn’t let the jet lag fully win.

Too passive in biz + body blocks. Sat in fatigue without micro-adjusting strategy.
What I learned:
You can’t “discipline” your way through full red recovery. You must respect the body’s biochemistry and pivot the game plan.
What needs to shift tomorrow:

So, what happened?
Up at 1am (REKT), biz partner needed a call, which I took. A friend wanted to talk about 10 mins after that at 230am. At 3am I jjust started my day.
Was working well, getting stuff done, ticking off admin tasks also, then....boom.
Couldn't even function. Destroyed.
What is happening?
-Low sleep
-Mismatched circadian rhythm
-High cortisol, Adrenaline
My recovery on my Whoop strap, is at 8% right now.
Key issues to solve:
-High cortisol: Until this goes down, sleep isn't happening. While I am cutting, my body is going to stay in the stress state until it gets an anti-stress cocktail. Preparred a suggared beverage, Ray Peat style, and had that now. It's 00:38. I will try to get to bed after this.
-Circadian rhythm: I am actually wanting sunrise at 440am, getting outdoors, so this SHOULD be resetting, Therefore, the problem is more a case of high stress/cortisol. That has to come down first.
I did have a great call with Vin, and a good appointment with a Dr in Spain to try something new. I got the script, and will have to go to Spain to get it. Anywhere in Spain will work.
Vin and D, do not think I should do the shoot with Chrissy. The timeline isn;t working for us. I need to push to get the rhinoplasty, keep cutting, and then get a shoot done ASAP. If anyone knows anyone good in the UK, let me know.
Thereafter, for content, Vin and D, want me to make a viral-type piece, of swiping 500,000 girls in Europe as a brown guy, to see what happens. We're going to use the software Paw sells, to track the swipe stats.
Getting my bf down, and fashion right, for the shoot is very important. I have not done well online ever, despite all the coaches & mentors I've had, it was a domain I could never crack. I always made something happen by geo-maxxing and being good enough to make something off of the 1 or 2 matches I might get every month or two. It's so bad how competitive it's gotten online now! You just need the right look. Hence why I am sugermaxxing and stuff now.
Can't dwell - never hate the game, just find ways to win.
We think, post surgery, with more cutting, and absolutely nailing the fashion, we might be able to get something going. If not, no worries, it will still be epic content, and it will take me across Europe recording this!
I will be going back to Mexico in about 6 weeks. To move in with my biz partner, Vin, and really hustling to build my companies. I will be using the apps again as soon as I get these new photos, and am outside of the UK, where it's such brutal racist death I genuinely cannot get a date for the life of me, We'll make a lot happen this grind season.
Jet lag, whilst annoying, will get handled. And tomorrow will be a far better day.
