Hey guys, what's up. I've been lurking this site the last two months and I think it is awesome, and the energy here is incredible. All my life I have had one main problem: my shyness with women. In the last years I have made a lot of progress but still I have a lot of work to do. And because this problem I have had other problems because, as Andy wrote in one of his posts, when you don't get laid you think a lot about it and it is difficult to fully concentrate in other things. Now I am a little overwhelmed because of the lot of things I want to change in my life, taht's why my motto is "Partido a partido", it is a famous motto used by Diego Simeone, coach of Atlético de Madrid: when someone asks him about winning the League or something like that he always answer that the only thing he has in mind it is the next game. Step by step.

Short term goals:
  • Beginning with boxing classes
  • Keep hitting the gym
  • Buy new clothes that fit me, I have never thought about my style and now I realise that most of the clothes I have are awful
  • Improve my Tinder photos
  • Learn more about crypto: how it works, trading, learn how to code in Solidity...

Medium term goals
  • Aproach anxiety program
  • Cold approach
  • Have some regular fuckbuddies
  • Have some regular income with crypto

Long term goals
  • Quit my awful actual job and have a project of my own, I don't wanna work for other people
  • Abundance mentality
 
My goals are to start getting laid more, to continue to lower my body fat while keeping my muscle (I have recently gone from 27.5 percent bf to 22.1), and to start having the sort of love life I have wanted for a while.

Once my sex/dating life is sorted I want to shift my focus towards starting a business and making enough money to never have to work for an employer again.

What's up guys. I'm Ryan - I'm 30. I quit drugs, booze and partying a few years ago, started an online marketing business, got a blue belt in jiujitsu and now I've had a taste of success I'm here to fucking destroy my approach anxiety and have a fulfilling love life.

For various reasons, I've always settled for just having girls in my life who would have me, rather than having abundance. I was always a nice guy, a white knight, "cute" but never fuckable. I'm funny, but I don't want to be a clown.

I've done a few daygame bootcamps in London, but when I come back to Cardiff I lose momentum. There was a time I was closing 3 or 4 approaches with a number, hot girls only, but still couldn't get them to the date. I took a little break, worked on myself and now I'm ready to commit.

I'm on day 6 (tomorrow) of GLL's Approach Anxiety program. I decided that like it or not, I'm not socially free and I get stuck in my head. Like everything I've learned sometimes you need to eat your humble pie and go back to the basics.

I will be posting my progress in the AA program in a separate post.

Hey Guys,

Dan here. 24, originally from Brisbane, Aus, but been living in Germany for the last year, and will be floating around the EU for the next 8 months.

Could go on for a while, but I'll try to compress a bio in to a TLDR:
- spent entire adult life trying qualify for the Olympics in a niche sport
- began and just got out of a 3 year relationship with a German girl from said niche sport
- completed uni in a relatively well paid/in demand field, but realised I have no interest in pursuing a corporate job
- founded and manage online company selling equipment for niche sport
- built a 'side income' playing online poker.

Goals:
- transition events within niche sport and qualify for 2024 Olympics
- get in to the best shape of my life - sub 10% BF
- create a life in which I can live anywhere I want, and do things on my own time
- improve my social life, and have a wide range of experiences socially and sexually
