Tinder photos - need suggestions

Hi guys,
These are the three pics I'm running with right now. Using the SLR and tripod I have managed to take some good staged pics of myself, but the "location/activity" pics are kinda low quality, being shot by someone else using my phone.

Here are a couple more I haven't tried yet, but they have the same problem of being crappy smartphone pictures.

I need some suggestions on what to put effort into next. Where's the low-hanging fruit? Should I try to stage some more interesting pictures, like hiking or at the beach, or should I focus on improving my wardrobe? Should I just set up the tripod in my room and practice posing better?

Would also be nice to have a good-quality picture with other people, but this has proven harder than I thought. I've always been less photogenic. The first picture and my avatar are from the top 5 out of over 200.

Hey, happy to see you joining us and going serious

As Radical said, your style is bland, you really look like an average guy
Start by getting some accessories and get used to wear them (go on aliexpress to get a bunch of them and find out what you like, and then invest in some nice and expensive one)
Then improve your style. If you know nothing in fashion, just go for some basic stuff :
White tshirt, black jeans (skinny or slim fit, it need to fit you well) and white shoes (sneakers or converse)

If you want a more classy style go for some chelsea instead

Thanks, guys. This is solid, actionable advice. I'll hit the store tomorrow.

I'm a little short on group photos. Most others are gonna have the same issues.

Posting ITT instead of making a new thread in fashion.
Grabbed some stuff off Prime Wardrobe. Pretty much just went with your suggestions.
