Tinder secretly hides one of my pics!

Hey everyone, just a quick service announcement, which i think could be relevant for you guys.

I`m running a BDSM themed profile on Tinder and have two Shibari related pics in my profile. Tinder lets me upload both "successfully" and shows them to me when i preview my profile, so it all seems fine.

However i recently setup a fake account and swiped a bit to check the competition and also to see how my profile really looks.

Turns out Tinder is just hiding one of the shibari pics to girls who see my profile. Instead of actually six pics, Tinder just displays five pics. Extremely sneaky behaviour imo.

So long story short, especially if you are using some more risky pics, make sure to find out what Tinder (and potentially other apps) are actually showing to the girls.
Otherwise you could put in tons of effort in your profile and get bad results without ever knowing why.

Interesting. I've run risqué boudior style photos with me and a girl, but don't know if they have ever been shadow hidden. I've not used Tinder in a long time though.

Hinge will just straight up remove it if they don't like it. Same with Bumble.
