For anyone wondering I got majorly cucked by work for the past 2 days. I was supposed to go day gaming for Halloween but our whole service was burning down. It involves the security of 20 million company servers and fixing it top priority. I had multiple fires to turn off some of which are still ongoing.
I lost all my free time yesterday/today which I am salty about.
This week has been horrendously bad progress-wise. I had 2 dates cancel on me and lost another 2 days from work fires. Only managed to do some inner work, go day gaming once, and gym once.

Tomorrow I am going day gaming and will look for more dating leads

Today was a great day. the highlight was coaching with Dante, I got my first A+ grade. It's crazy that I went from a D+ to an A+ in a few months.
The good grade came from my inner work breakthroughs over the past few weeks. I got into 80% of my sets and was masculine and viby. I am slowly becoming the person I want to be but have a lot to go.
It will be hard to outshine my A+ next time but one day I will do it again

Today was a long long day. I wake up a bit tired because of daylight saving and day game the day before. I feel like my recovery from day game has gotten better over time. I can't tell if it is because of anxiety reduction or some of the supplements I have been taking. Maybe a combination of both

I took a nap, did some prep work, and went day gaming with Dennis. This was my third time out this week, so I am hitting my goal of 2-3 times. I was out for 2 hours before I got too tired to continue. While my recovery from the day game improved, I am still not there yet. I need to increase my recovery by another 20-30% but that will come eventually.
I did 6 sets in total since the volume was pretty bad. 5 of them were bad, one was good, got one number.
Day game season is calming down, Soho has fewer and fewer sets so we have to start going to Herold soon. With low volume, it gets harder and harder to improve. You can't get enough sets per day to progress. Soon I will be focusing on maintaining my skills for the next season in February/March.

I had one date scheduled on Sunday but she cancelled on me again. This time I told her that I had wasted enough time and that I was not willing to reschedule. It hurt for a bit but I got over it pretty quickly. I won't let any whore take advantage of me like this.

I am almost done with the 48 laws of power; I have 20 minutes left to finish it. I will rewrite all the laws on paper and hang them in my room. I need to internalize the topics before moving on to the next one.

Dante and Kai recommended I get into an improv class and not Toastmasters. The latter, he said, was for more advanced guys. I have to look into it and maybe sign up when day game season dies a bit more.

As I've been making progress in my inner game and day game journey I caught myself acting differently today. I was feeling robust, self-confident, and grounded. I am not claiming to have become a pro overnight but I do feel different. Another year of day game and inner game will solidify these gains.

Another thing that happened is that I got frustrated, it dawned on me that I've been trying to get laid for the last 7 months and that I didn't get a single lay. Old me would have blamed himself for that but today I didn't and instead blamed women. I finally felt some of the rage many of us have felt on this journey, It was just hidden behind my bad inner game. Social media and dating apps have given women the upper hand and have turned dating into a hellish nightmare for men. The bar for abundance is going way up and many men my age are still virgins because of it. if I had my journey a few years back, I would have already hit the bar but now who knows how long I would have to do this for. It feels like my dating success is always 6 months away no matter how much time passes. I want to feel more of that rage because it shows me the truth about the modern age but I also need to make sure I don't take too much of this poison.

Other wins for the day include going to the gym and finishing 48 Laws of Power.
I am out of town next week for a work trip. I want to at least schedule of date for the week so I need some leads to roll in soon.
