Best advice for boosting sex drive?

This was back in 2015 when I first discovered TRP + Nofap so it's a bit blurry. But what I do remember I experienced sort of a flatline, where cravings for masturbation and orgasm disappeared altogether for a period of time.

It was really hard at the start (no pun intended), but it made me reset my sexuality so that I didn't get horny thinking of sitting down to masturbate in front of my computer.

To mitigate the urges whenever they came up I got into the habit of taking cold showers, going jogging, working on music etc.

Oh I remember Primal Cold! The sale copy is excellent :) The video makes sense also although he said icing wasn't the only thing he did to boost hist T.
Noted! I'm already convinced it works, I take cold showers in winter and it gives me an incredible energy boost.

Yes, that's right. He's got several videos on boosting test and mentions that he took a bunch of different supplements, focused a lot on his diet and that his workouts were specifically designed to help him get to 900ng/dl. He doesn't give away his secrets, obviously because he's selling a course on the matter, but he's got several videos where you get hints as to what to focus on.

You can only get it grey market, but the peptide PT-141 is insane. It is not a PE5 inhibitor, it does not work like the other ED meds that give you a stronger and longer lasting erection. Those are great, but they DO NOT HELP WITH AROUSAL. You still have to get the erection initially the normal way. PT-141 works differently and interacts directly with arousal. I wouldn't describe it as feeling horny, it more like a feeling that you just need to push your dick against something. In some ways it is similar to feeling an itch, but this is more like a desire to feel some compression. Tight underwear, your hand, anything. Cialis didn't do anything for me at all other than increase my vascularity. Levitra helped a tiny amount, but PT-141 solved my arousal issues. The downsides are that it is grey market, it isn't fully understood, you need to inject it into your abdominal fat, storing/reconstituting it is a pain in the ass, you get IMMEDIATELY nauseous post injection (last 5-15mins), and it takes several hours to kick in (3-6ish and it is kind of random everytime). It is useless for anything other than when you are certain you are going to be having sex in a specific time window. It does last a good length. For me about 3 hours at full strength, then slowly declines for another 4-6 hours. At full strength it won't give you a boner automatically, but even minimal friction will get you going.
