My business plan is now getting repeat customers through window cleaning and offering them ad on services if they need them.

-2 sources of healthy fat every day✔
-DHA source every other day✔

-1 point of gratitude and one thing I like about myself every day.✔
-Listen to good videos on commute.
-Review weekly and monthly wins.✔
- Take an evening off each week✔
-Try to take a day off to go out in nature every 2-3 weeks

Social:
-Talk to someone every time I go to the gym ✔
-Go to one meetup a week

Women:
-Get a social circle lay (pending social cirlce)
-Do more fun things with doctor girl (M)

Life direction:
The next big thing I want to do is get a big van, outfit half of it with my cleaning equipment and live out the other half!
That way I'll have basically no living expenses and more time time do the things I want in life and will be able to travel around while having less stuff.

Had some minor health problems this week which have tanked my sleep. Nothing serious but very annoying, should clear up in about 2 weeks.

Actions taken:

Business:
- Very pleased with my pressure washing - after doing m's and my parent's places I feel I can offer an excellent service. I'd also happily do this for free, I find it really fun.
- Windows I'm equipped to tackle most jobs but it will take some time to get fast at this - there's actually a fair bit to the traditional cleaning method.
I find this similarly satisfying.

-Launched ads, so far gave a driveway cleaning quote: awaiting response
-patio and driveway pressure wash booked for the 4th May
-double roof cleaning for 27th-28th Apr

Tomorrow I will start door to door targeting bungalows for window cleaning so I don't have to worry about ladder transport for now.
I'm tempted to do pressure washing door to door but also want my time spent doing this to actually build up repeat customers who I can also suggest pressure washing to later on.
I will also make a couple purchases: high pressure extension hose and a new hat because my last one blew off when I was up a roof :)

There are no shortcuts. Hit sales from all angles and improve over time.

Women:
Still enjoying my time with M greatly. Realised she's smarter than me the other day which was quite funny and a new feeling when interacting with women.
Saw a Japanese 10 this week. The company I work for has its hq there and the site manager was showing some people around. I was working in the lab, look up and this insanely hot Japanese woman was looking at me.
Lit a fire in me and I now know this is my next dating goal: fuck a 10.
I want to do this for a few reasons:
1. What really is smv and what is mine?
2. Can I sleep with a woman who is so attractive my brain doesn't beleive I actually can?
3. Can people build something lasting we doomed to hypergamy and endless hedonism with infinite options out there?
4. Can I level up other attributes so that my looks are actually the weakest link?
5. Are hot women just normal people who know how to look good? Do they even care about anything less than an ascended giga Chad?
6. Do women find me interesting or do they just like my big biceps? what if I can't coast anymore?

I think chasing a finite goal like this is a great way to organise my life and personal development.
I also want to feel the feeling I got with M and first girl where I look at them (when they're all dressed up) and feel a bit nervous. I remember getting M back to my flat and feeling: 'shit she's hot now what do I do?'

To acheive this:
- find super hot women
- refine style and archetype - actually get an archetype
- looksmaxxing
- improve charisma, masculinity and social ability
- build attractive traits
- build a progressively cooler life

Came down with something Friday/Saturday and felt pretty feverish.
I bought some things I need in town, came back and crashed on the sofa. Ended up ordering pizza quite late as I hadn't eaten.
Not the productive day I wanted.

Made better progress today:

Actions taken:

Business:
-Booked first window cleaning job for Saturday- my first monthly customer
-Uniform sorted

Women:
-Hair and beard grooming - restocked finasteride
-Found some new tretinoin (a pain to get in the UK without paying for a dermatologist to give you the same shit for a way higher price)
-Maintained other skincare
-Got mineral sunblock with slight tint and no titanium dioxide which is carcinogenic
-Began cutting and did an entirely healthy food shop. I've found a yoghurt called skyr with 10g protein per 100g and for some reason can eat a lot before getting full and tolerate lactose very well, with this added to my diet I'm averaging 170g of protein a day and will work on getting it up to 200g. I also average 8 different fruit and vegetable servings and 2 sources of healthy fats (walnuts and avocados) a day as well as sardines/mackerel or herring every other day. Current supps are creatine and I'm eating beetroot every day instead of an l-arginine supp.
-Workouts going very well and after adding deadlifts back into the mix I've made some quick muscle memory gains to my traps, glutes and back (I've just been doing calisthenics so far this year) and because of weird leg genetics they've blew up too just from the deadlifts, although I will add some squats back in.

I'm cutting for 6 weeks, I have visible abs but feel like I can gain some extra edge here

Actions taken:

Business:
-Got very bogged down posting in local Facebook groups, most have rules against promotion but some have no rules at all so I will see if any of my posts get through the admins. The groups with no posting rules have about 95% of the posts just from businesses. I saw a video of a gardener in the UK who says he gets a lot of bookings by doing this so I'll have another look at his methods, track down his actual page on FB and actually see the kinds of posts he's making and the page rules where he's posting to.

Women/looks/health:
-Good workout done
-Healthy and high protein diet
-Skincare

Actions taken (for yesterday):

Business:
-Worked on my website
-Researched how to link Google ads
-Posted in a local fb group

Women/health/looks:
-Cardio 30mins
-Skincare
-Good sleep (attempted but didn't fall asleep)

You first have to define a 10. Are you going on the extreme internet version of a 10 who is a supermodel with 5million followers or are you more realistic and see someone who is basically always the hottest girl in the club, hottest girl you see each day,… as a 10.

If you follow the prior definition, become famous.

9s and 10s are genetically gifted girls who on top of that also understand how to make themselves look even better.

7s 8s are not necessarily perfectly created but they work on themselves, have amazing bodies and know how to dress in a way that makes them look incredible.

Yes, typically the hotter the girl, the harder it is to meet the requirements to be accepted by her and her group.
What you see most commonly online is that the hot guy lands the hot girl.
What you see often in real life is the hot girl going for a guy whose fairly attractive but possesses many other qualities (this is mainly for a relationship)

This is the real life way
- Be attractive
- Be funny
- Be confident
- Social status

If you have these 4 traits, hot girls might even be scared that you are out of their league. This happened to me and I’ll happily explain in dms if you want.

The best way to meet stunning girls (except for gigachads who can use tinder) is to find out where the girls you want to attract like to spent time and become a regular in that scene (look at how bman did this, got status and is now a pioneer in his niche scene)

Improving in life (looksmax, finding style, build a cooler life,…) should become a daily habit that you don’t even think about. Whilst I’m still doing all these things, I can honestly tell you most of this is overrated.
Once you manage to slowly build a cool social circle in the niche you want, enter the scene with some girls (could be friends) and always have someone to talk/laugh with, you’re automatically attractive to the majority of girls there. It takes time, but imo it’s worth the effort in the long run.

You got 20 hours to add a prof pic

Very true, I'm using 10s to mean Hottest girl in the club for me. I want to feel intimidated or as if I have to rise to the occasion and really get my shit together.

Thanks for these pointers, it'll be a slower build but well worth it

Actions taken:
-Upper body workout
-High protein
-Skincare
-Added new services to my website

My first first window clean today!
Was a big property with some insanely dirty windows. My main problem now is finding an effective way to clean the frames and sills and the method I'm using isn't working too well.
Learnt a lit and will have to get more equipment or chemicals to get the results I want.
Discussed this with the customer and waiting for her response - I'm not satisfied with the results I was able to get so will see what she sais.

Once I have an effective method for tackling these deep cleans I will be able to start working on my speed and efficiency.

My big priority now is setting up for vanlife as it will make all of the business expenses easy to afford!

Completed a job after finishing work doing gutter, soffits, fascias and windows basically combining all of my services except pressure washing.
Made over 3× my hourly salary at work!

I found I'm cleaning to a very high standard often exceeding what the customers even consider but I'm gonna keep it at this level.
Very nice people too so im glad theyre pleased.
The landlady form the property of the weekend also got back to me saying I did a good job, even though I didn't feel like it came up as well as I might have liked.

I've been out for 13hrs today, work was quite stressful but working for myself actually recharged me its amazing!

A great day today! everything completed.

I got a lot of good information from going door to door. I went for an area with lots of bungalows because they would be easy to clean. Felt quite clunky at first and took me a while to get a good pitch going.

Ended up saying "Hi, I'm doing some window cleaning in the area and giving out quotes if you're interested?" I'll stick with this as my script for now. I'm also mindful of the basics: look presentable, smile, stand back from the door so as not to crowd them. I loosened up as I knocked more doors and got some pleasant interactions going.

Gave out one quote and found out by talking to some people that a couple of different window cleaners already had rounds in the area. If this is true I wasn't too impressed by the quality of their work and the guy who I gave the quote to said his cleaner hadn't been in contact for a while.
I learnt:
-people are quite loyal to their current cleaner, which is good
-there is a good bit of competition.

Tomorrow I'll canvas for two hours instead of one in the same area I did last weeks job. I've also re-launched my window cleaning ad, upping the ad spend from £2-3/day as that was a success (getting me two customers) and shelved the jet-washing ad as that didn't get me any work in the two weeks it was running.

Feels really good to be able to take direct action building my business during the week instead of just hoping my ads get me something.

Otherwise gym and diet are going well and my cut feels less difficult thanks to batch cooking some nice food.

Checkin:
I didn't feel like canvassing today and felt a bit trapped by my job situation but went out anyway..
I got 4 jobs in 1hr 30 mins of door knocking!!
This neighbourhood was completely different and most people were actually happy to have someone knock at their door and offer them a service.
Got my first rude guy today too but him and his neighbourgh both actually gave me the creeps so I deflected and moved on. Also some legend opened the door with great energy and said good luck and that I'll find loads of work round here - I really enjoy the contrast between different people just on the same street.
Met a fellow Alastair from Scotland too!
Gave my number to about 8 people so hopefully they get in touch.
The last three houses I knocked on were all eating dinner so I called it at an hour 30.

Lessons:
I landed two jobs because I use a traditional, more thorough method of cleaning which is very interesting. Also a few people I gave my number to had a regular window cleaner who didn't show up and was quite unreliable which is why they were interested in my service.
Its very easy to form narratives but I resist doing so without enough data: one of my current ones is: people who live in bungalows have worse energy than people who live in houses - very random but I can feel my mind trying to predict outcomes by building these sort of stories out of weak trends. The solution is knocking on the door and finding out in spite of this.

My lead from an old gutter job has confirmed and I'm her washing her patio and driveway this saturday - I really enjoy these kind of jobs and gave a very low price because this will be my 4th different service shes got from me.

Diet, gym and Skincare all done.

Hope everyone had an amazing day!

(I'm doing the 90 day sprint)

Checkin:
Did another hour of door knocking, landed two more monthly customers, a one-off clean and a house exterior clean!
Also got a call today from one of yesterday's houses asking for window cleaning which I've booked them in for.

Diet was good, missed my workout as I spent the rest of the evening practicing getting more efficient with my cleaning technique but I'm still on target for 5 sessions this week

Everything done ✔
Picked up three more jobs today and gave my details out too - feeling resistance when first getting out the car after work but I know as soon as I'm out the car I'll start gaining momentum.
I'm feeling much more robust mentally and less highs and lows from going through hundreds of doors by now.
On this note I scored a bit of bit of own goal and had to double back to check some addresses as I put just the house number and not the street in my calendar expecting myself to remember where I'm supposed to be going 😆

Workout done
Ate healthy

Tomorrow eve I'll go to the barbers and prepare for Saturdays big job.
I've basically filled a Sunday with window cleaning jobs now too!

Checkin:
Big pressure washing job done, just got to go back to resand the paving stones.
Customer was very happy too.
Was actually a very tough job, there was thick layers of mud and then algae underneath along with poor drainage so im pleased with what I got done.
Practicing my window cleaning again this eve to prepare for tomorrow's full day of window cleaning!!

Business checkin:

Saturday:
jetwashing job done - very challenging: large area, overgrown garden and very dirty - completed to a high standard and customer is happy. May have another lead from a neighbourgh who was impressed with the transformation.

Sunday:
A victim of my own success here:
Only completed 4 of the 8 window cleaning jobs, managed to reschedule 1 but lost my other leads. Not too worried as the demand is out there and I'll make sure this doesn't happen again. Also got sunburnt and very dehydrated. It took me about 2hrs to do each house! Got to get this closer to 1hr to be worth my time.

Monday:
Finished Saturdays job. I reached my work limit here and want to recharge properly.

Jetwashing - potential leads, more marketing needed to see demand. FB ads unsuccessful - oversaturated?
Door knocking?
Videos?
Google ads?

Windows - High demand and possible to build a big round.
Business model needs updating - first cleans are very time consuming and physically tiring - solution: charge double for a first clean.
Then get a pole so subsequent cleans can be done without a ladder.

Ad-ons:
Sold my first conservatory clean already

Biggest obstacles?:
-Reducing time taken: pole setup & more expensive first clean
-Mitigating the elements: sun protection: big hat, uv blocking wrap-around large glasses, Sunblock

Equipment needed:
-uv blocking glasses
-Pole compatible squeegee
-More microfiber towels

Checkin:
Got my job done after work. I'm getting more efficient but still took a lot longer than expected.
I wasn't working quickly on this one and found it quite relaxing.

Got back and ran out of steam, missed my workout.
Diet was very good today.
I also ordered some chemicals for my jobs on Sunday. Saturdays customer wants me to clean her conservatory so if I'm pleased with this stuff I'll give get a quote.
I have two jobs booked tm too.

Business update: I got loads of leads from last week and have been working 12 hr days the last three plus 8hrs weekends. Its given me lots of info to work with.
Been asking for double the monthly rate for my first cleans which yesterdays customer obliged with was cool.

Checkin:

Went to do todays job, asked for double as it was a first clean but they didn't want to which is fair enough. I only quoted them the monthly price when I got the job last week.
Felt pretty relieved as the weather's pretty hot here and I've found another sticking point. Both yesterday and Sunday I felt some mild heat stroke where I had a headache and felt sick even though I was hydrated. I was feeling rough at work today too which I think is related. Seems like there's a good market for window cleaning but so far I'm not enjoying the heat.
I thought some more about other services that are indoors but I think the main thing I can do while I continue to test things out is to move forwards on the van front, that way I'll slash my living expenses big time which will give me more headroom financially.
Fortunately, while things have been difficult on the business front, its been much quieter at work which is a welcome change.
