Living the dream/ Phase 1

Sunday did the same as Saturday.
Hit over 2hrs copywriting both days
And closer to 1.5hrs guitar both days, really picking up momentum here.

Got to keep this up for the week.

Monday hit my copywriting goal. Fingers wrecked from playing guitar so saw fwb.
Today got my copywriting study done this morning so just guitar to do later.
I'm getting really hyped about learning how to sell - read some sample copy about becoming an e-book publisher and realised if you have a quality product to sell you can push it super hard and succeed big time

1.5hrs guitar done.
Taxing my brain seems to give me hunger cravings so will have to be careful.
Being consistent in these areas has really improved my self esteem - the ability to carve out a chunk of time, work towards a goal and stick to it makes me feel like I can look after myself.

Picking my guitar up later.
Will go to the gym, play then sleep.
Same again tomorrow.
Hang out with friends Friday, go to a meetup and approach Saturday and either see fwb or go out Sunday.

Short term goals:
Guitar teaching website - the one thing I missed off my list last week. I'll make a really shit one in half an hour and won't launch it.
Set up microphone to record audio for songs - will take some troubleshooting.
Finish copywriting course - 2.5 weeks until I go on holiday so that's my deadline.
Buy 2 copywriting books to read while on holiday.
When I get back I'm gonna start writing for friend's businesses, create a LinkedIn and start doing cheap freelance work.

Guitar plays like a dream . Obsession is taking hold.
Played 2hrs last night, 1.5 this morning.
Means I'll have to move my leg day to Fri and do my copywriting study tomorrow as well.
Need to buy some tighter belts, diet going well. Been looking at a guy called Bryan Johnson who's a multimillionaire biohacker - found some good veg recipes to batch cook - hopefully this will solve my poor veg intake

Day started decent, got my guitar playing done - played pretty poorly so I'll give my hands a break. Definitely hit the point of diminishing returns with the amount I've been practicing the last couple days.

Tried some melanotan and felt nauseous for several hours and had a headache which has killed of the rest of the day.
Gonna half the dose tomorrow.

Had this unsatisfied feeling today along with persistent boners. My theory is the dopamine from the extra sun I'm getting is interacting with the test.
Felt annoyed with fwb too as she's away for the weekend so I can't blow off any steam.

Had a sauna and cold shower. Will chill and have an early night.

I now have a three-day weekend so will use it productively.

Interesting. I've been noticing a similar shift myself with the other medication I'm taking. I wonder if there's any science behind it for biohacking purposes.

I really like his approach (for the yet uninformed: https://blueprint.bryanjohnson.co/). Been following him for a while.

The one thing I think is lacking is justification for each of his individual choices. I understand he does the research himself with a team of scientists, but it would be nice for him to publicly expose it.

Eating more vegetables obviously can't hurt.

I've added a couple things from his protocol after doing a lot of my own research: copper peptides for skin and cocoa powder for chronic disease prevention.

I'll check those out, I've been trying to get his full skin and hair routine.
Especially interested in the laser therapy he uses to reverse/mitigate sun damage.

Andrew hubermans got a lot of good information about dopamine and testosterone:

I can't say how but spending time in nature, exercising, limiting screen time, going into a surplus and sleeping well has a definite acute effect on libido for me, while the test seems to improve my baseline lidibo and energy.

Quitting porn and spending time with fwb also let me experience the development in real-time of a Pavlovian response in terms of arousal.
It makes sense that as your brain learns what is happening during foreplay ect it starts to anticipate more and more pleasurable things are going to happen - the anticipation releases reward chemicals and heightens arousal even further in a positive feedback loop.

No-one really seems to talk about this when it comes to psychological ED issues and I think it explains how I managed to fix my situation.

First:
I boosted my drive through hormone replacement as looking back I barely had any.
Then:
I engrained good habits by ditching porn and learning to relax and enjoy myself irl.
There was also a scary point for me where I had no nerves but no real feeling of arousal either but the first couple times I was able to finish it's really as if my brain finally realised what was going on.

Looking back it's really interesting.

Good shit man. This gives me a lot to look into when I start next week.

Hit workout and guitar playing.
The melanotan is slowly working but the nausea is really slowing me down when it comes to getting things done, will see it through.
Got complimented that I look well because of the slight tan which is the goal.

The weather's been amazing and it's made me lazy - I missed my copywriting study so will make this up asap.

Hit everything today and was pretty productive.
Back on the early shift next week but have some good short-term goals to hit so will update tm.

2 weeks until my holiday.
My main goal until then is to finish my copywriting course.
Subgoal keep expanding social circle and do my meetup approaches.

This week:
Copywriting study 2hrs daily minimum.
Back to 4-day upper lower - add 4 cardio sessions in.
Buy 2 books on copywriting to read
Restock: peptides, finasteride,
Meetup ×2 Friday, Saturday
Guitar will be on maintenance 4 hrs/week while I finish the course.

Things to add:
Copper peptides.
I've also started taking a generic multivitamin.

Finish melanotan 'cycle' 6 days left I'm on day 4 which is when the supplier says you will start noticing the effects. So far I've took on some colour and look healthier for it. I want to try and get a bronze look so may get more and keep using it until I go on holiday.
I also want the increased melanin to protect from sun damage long-term.

Sleep:
I'm on the early shift so I want to try some morning sungazing, I might sleep in a tent in the garden and see how I feel waking up with the sun.
It will also mean I don't get woken up my people moving around the house. Sounds very extreme but it might be quite effective. I'll feel like a nam' veteran sleeping outside lol

Worked, workout, studied, saw fwb. Very productive but a late night so now I'm shattered.

Will have a nap after work and keep the momentum going.

Scraped through yesterday, got 1.5hrs copywriting study done. Slept awfully but discovered the melanotan gives me insane eq throughout the night so might use some before seeing fwb.

Gonna smash out a workout and lots of studying today.
Read some ads in a local magazine and think I can do better.

I think more socialising will help my sleep too.

Got a really good workout and 3 hours copywriting study done.
Saw friends too.
Listening to Andy's podcasts when I'm driving.

My mental has so much room for improvement. I keep doing things that I actually started to beleive were impossible but are actually basic human experiences most people take forgranted.

I'm going to crack money next. Then I will have freedom over my time, location and most importantly will feel like I can look after myself.

Copywriting and holiday shopping done today. Seeing fwb.
I think I'm going to have to get up at 6 all next week to finish the course by Friday as each module is getting longer than the next.
I'll get my 2hrs done daily regardless.
Really looking forward to this holiday: 2 weeks hiking in the alps with my mate.

Back on it.
Had a good weekend seeing friends, fb and sorting holiday stuff.

For the next 4-days: up at 6: 30mins cardio on the treadmill.
2hrs copywriting.
Work.
Gym or guitar in the eve.

Going away on Saturday.

Used all the melanotan 2 and the results were underwhelming. Maybe it's better to use a tanning bed than the sun but I'm not keen on that idea.
Also my libido has dropped - could be the defecit and poor sleep but while on test that hasnt affected me before. May be an effect of stopping the mt2. Was really half hearted seeing fb and felt flat.
Also kind of annoyed with her as I didn't finish, she said she was sore and that was the end. I always make her finish but she didn't care so I'm a bit salty lol.

Disaster today.
So my brother is back from the army - it wasn't for him unfortunately and now for the first time in 2 years I'm sharing the upstairs of the house with someone.
I don't know why but it's bringing back some unpleasant feelings - we didn't get on in our early twenties.
I'm also sleeping on a hair trigger where the slightest noise will wake me up and I'll start pumping out adrenaline which has wrecked my sleep.
Got woken up at 3 this morning and that was it.

Its killed my morning productivity and I've spent all day feeling wired but also spaced out. I think I need to flush the adrenaline with some excercise.

This will wreck my productivity going forwards and the house has become kind of negative since he's been back.

I think in the short-term while I'm building financial independence I might vanlife it to keep my expenses low and have a lot of fun too.
I might also be able to resell the van at a profit if I do a good job converting it.

It will keep me happy for 6 months or so at which point I'll have significantly more money and freedom over my location.
I can also change my room into a studio to teach guitar lessons from.

Edit:
I did see this today and will look into laser therapy.
https://m.youtube.com/shorts/VG9OtR2AcIE

Hit 1.5hrs copywriting and got 40mins cardio done.
Had a crazy idea to build a sound proofed sleeping pod.
