I used to be really big on giving people really detailed, precise plans

Didn’t work

I learned you have to simplify this stuff & make it brain dead easy

OR

It just isn't going to happen

In my own journey, which was complex, and had a lot of horrible stuff going on, from deep procrastination, overwhelm, anxiety, ADHD, crippling loneliness and being 100lbs overweight....

I made it work, for one reason:

I made it f**king easy to win

Simple scales

Fancy fails

-A gallon of quality water a day (I use a Reverse Osmosis filter)
-Sleep in a pitch black room
-Consume DHA from marine fish
-Cold showers or ice baths Wim Hof style
-Saunas
-Exercise
-Creative hobbies
-Outdoor time
-Real community
-Real friendships
-Deep human connection
-A connection to a real mission & purpose

You CANNOT beat a person who is truly aligned to their mission

Because they will operate on their A-Game with a smile on their face

And do everything it takes to win

Winning feels so much better than the shit life I used to have

SO MUCH BETTER

I don't have to look at a lonely, depressed, obese man in the mirror anymore

I don't have to accept being treated like sh*t anymore, if they step to me, Daddy SLAPS 'EM

I'm not agoraphobic.

I don't have low self-esteem.

I don't have low confidence.

I am not a mess, I am a top performer surrounded by outstanding people

Had other people not encouraged me when I was in the gutter, I would have kept my head below the parapet, gone to work every day as a project manager, came back to my room, and carried on never speaking to anyone.

But here’s the truth.

YOU GET TO MAKE IT TOO

I went from that absolutely shit life.

To running 2 companies, living on the beach in Mexico dating a stunning professional model.

I worked my f**king ass off for years, and did the work, rather than yapping on socials.

The people you follow on social media are the people who live in your head rent-free

.....And they do not live in the real world

This, just isn't how it works, and isn't healthy

Be in better communities

Have real connections, with likeminded people, who have goals like you

Life's a lot better when you realise, the world is a great place for those who have woken up
