Have been going to the gym for 3 years but fell into the dreaded trap of the no life gym rat
Non-existent social life right now

Goals

Short term:
  • Improve my style and looks
    Improve social skills
    Maingain to a lower bf%
    Get my ears pierced
    Get my first tattoo
    Learn how to take and edit pictures
    Make new friends
    Get a scholarship to study abroad

Long term:
  • Get to my goal physique of 5'9 80kg 10% bf
    Get to a total lay count of 30 by 23
    Move to a country with btr girls(preferably Finland or Poland)
    Have a killer social life(sickkunt lifestyle)
    Become emotionally secure such that getting laid will no longer become my no1 priority

Background
I've been in a relationship since high school for 18 years, married for 7, now with 2 kids.
Wife cheated on me multiple times and I was devastated emotionally this year. I'm currently in the final stages of filing for divorce but the lawyer says with COVID it takes 5-6 months before it gets put through to the courts with the backlog.
Minimal social life outside of my immediate family and caring for my kids. Post divorce I'll have the kids 50/50
Got a good career as a physician so hopefully finances won't be an issue

Goals
1. Cut. I've been lifting in the gym casually but have not stuck to a cut. I'm 5'9" 194 lbs currently and want to get back to my college weight of 176lbs. If I want a visible six pack I'm assuming I might need to cut down more but will reevaluate once I reach my goal weight.
2. Get good pics in anticipation for once I divorce and then go on the dating apps. I plan to work on my dating game as I haven't dated anyone ever outside of my soon to be ex wife.
3. Get at least 12 dates from July to December (I'm assuming my divorce finalizes in June). Add to my lay count

Long time listener, first time caller. About time I said hello. Stumbled upon the Tinder guide somewhere before mid-2020, never saw OLD laid out so raw before so bookmarked it and kept coming back.

Work as an industrial engineer in microelectronics manufacturing.

Primary goal for 2022:
Get laid, lose virginity (yeah there's a lot to unpack here at another time)
--Stretch FFM
Sub goals to enable the above:
-Improve confidence in the context of physical escalation (it's been bad)
-Work through my internal mental roadblocks from the lack of self confidence and religious conditioning (been an atheist for over a decade)
-Continue lean bulking muscle mass
-Get to 16% BF (Currently at 20.5% though I'm down to 153 lbs from 215 lbs)
--Stretch 14% BF
-Continue to improve style (having all your clothes not fit anymore is a great kick to do this)
-Continue crushing it at work to enable telework so I can continue to live in an urban area
--Stretch is to get an in-line promotion to senior but I don't think it's the right place for my time right now, can probably table it for next year
-Go on 1-2 dates per week

Other "fun" goals for 2022:
-start working on freestyle/park riding in snowboarding
-get out of my apartment at least twice a week for something social (thanks COVID)
-try my hand at standup comedy at an open mic
 
New year - new goals. Long time lurker and big fan of Andys way to approach things.

At first I am going to get bag in shape, and once I am into this rhytm again I will start AA-program and start hitting on girls in real life - and not depending on online dating, which previously has given a lot of lays.

Im thinking of quitting alcohol for good - it is setting me back and takes away my energy, but it is also a very big social thing for me, because my frineds invites me to a lot of social settings, where alcohol is included.

I'm a long time follower of the self improvement that Chris and co ran when it was a thing.

Despite big advancements I have hit a major plateau. Wheels are spinning without much clear direction and it's started to eat at my soul.

Goals for 2022:
1. Be the best partner and man I can be
2. Work up to making $100/month from online income
3. Break social media, phone, porn, and fap habits
4. Root out my issues surrounding women, validation, and relationships
5. Work up to maximum truthfulness in every aspect of life
6. Add a couple KGs of muscle and develop aptitude in combat sports

I've done pretty good with girls. Im 22 years old and have terrible anxiety and depression. I just want to share about my background for context, I’m not asking for anyone to feel sorry for me. I Never went to University or college like my friends did. Missed out in the fun adventures and parties that’ve taken place in the uni life. I did aspire to go back to school to get a computer science degree. Really hesitant because of the age of when I start school (probably at 28) and the debt I’ll get from it.

From the age of 18-22 I’ve wasted all those years staying inside my home isolated. When I was 17 I had a gf and lost my virginity to her but after we broke up, instead of like most people who would thrive after breaking up improving theirselves. I went into a depressive downward spiral… my brain can’t function the same as it was. My speaking and writing skills have suffered that a 4th grader is smarter and more socially savvy than I am. Heavily abused weed mostly and sometimes would drink alcohol to suppress my social anxiety. My loneliness forced me to waste a prolific amount of my money on escorts. To this day I only have $7 in my bank account..

I’ve made plenty of excuses that I was too old to make a change being the age of 18-22. My peers have surpassed me in many ways that it demotivates me to even try sometimes. I’m just fortunate to be here with like minded individuals of self- improvement. I wish everyone great success. Cheers
