Goals include:

30 lay count by age 30

315 Squat
225 Bench
405 Deadlift
All of that to get strong and create an excellent body in the process

Train Jiu Jitsu to improve my self defense

Improve my instagram profile with better and better photos of myself

Kill it in the money department through investing.

Keeping it short and sweet. Looking forward to seeing all of us grow.

I'd love to work on my social skills, as I just got out of a 4 year relationship and can definitely see how pouring all you have into a relationship kind of leaves you f**** once its over. Pretty much only hung out with her, and became "content".

As for more concrete goals:
- Land a frontend dev job and start a dev career
- Get really good at muay thai
- Learn how to date? (I have actually never really dated)
- Casual sex? (Never really done this either, linked with the one above)
- Get mad fit
- Get over my approach anxiety

Hey guys, I've been a lurker here for a little while now and finally decided to jump in and be involved in the forums. Been consistently improving myself seriously over the last year but hope to get a little extra accountability and insight here.

Short term goals:
-Complete current bulk (week 6/16) then transition into a cut
-Continue to upgrade appearance (upgrade style, get a tan, improve skincare, possibly a tattoo)
-Go on more dates, talk to more girls, and get laid

Long term goals:
-Develop an elite physique
-Career transition

I learned about the forum from B-man, who is in my men's group.

My main goal with being a part of this forum is to get to what I consider to be a 10/10 sex life.

To me, that looks like:
- Great consistent sex and relationship with my primary partner
- Multiple friends with benefits that I have excellent sex with (2 or more)
- Approaching and pulling women that I see out - that is, having new women enter my sex life consistently and having the confidence to make that happen with the women who attract me in my daily life.
- Exploring full expression of my sexual energy through mind-bendingly hot sessions
- Continuing on my journey of multiple orgasms (10 years in the making...) and ejaculating pretty rarely (1-2 times/month).

I've got pretty good mastery of my sexual energy, function, and pleasure right now, but it's probably at like an 8/10 - want to push that up to 10/10.

Also would love to help all of you guys reach your goals, too!

I recommend following @Radical's info. He's the defacto style master here.

For your first lay you could probably get it now looking how you look physique wise. Wouldn't take you that long assuming you can translate sales skills into pulling and escalation skills.

Get your style on (1 or 2weeks to do)
Get good pictures (1 or 2 weeks to do)
Get on OLD (premium accounts and boosts) should be able to get a lay within 2 weeks.

I got laid on my second date ever. So it can go pretty quick. Its all the base work that takes time. (Normalizing talking to cute girls, looking good, and being courageous enough to pull and escalate).

Having your own place or even your own car to escalate in makes life a lot easier.


Sales skills translate really well to game.

It's actually really nice to hear that you think my current physique can get me laid, because I thought I had to hit the gym for like 1-2 more years before I would consider myself attractive enough to get laid lol.

I've been to a lot of car dealerships lately, and I expect to get my job within 2 weeks. At that point it'll be a breeze to get laid, buy fashionable clothes, etc. Can't wait.

I haven't done the AA program yet, because of the anxiety, but I'm gonna re-commit and try to balance that with my sales job as much as I can.

I didn't seriously consider online dating because I didn't think I looked good enough, but I think I'll put more effort into it since you're saying it can get me laid within 2 weeks.

I'd like to turn myself around. Struggled with low self-esteem and anxiety for most of my life.

It's going to be very difficult but action needs to be taken.

goals:
get better with people (having more success with women, making new friends)

Hello everyone,
I'm Iceman But you can call me Max!
I've been called Iceman by my colleagues as i practice the Wim Hof Method and i only wear shirts hench te name! Ironically i still have to take the Icebath challenge! Which definitely is on the program.

i'm 30, almost 31 and i live in The Netherlands.

The reason i joined the forum is that i really want to better my self-discipline and willpower. I also want to work on my integrity which all are linked together.
Its not that i was that flawed with these, its more that i'm not happy with the results so far and i want to improve those results.

I currently work as a house painter which i really like. But i'm still working for a boss and i want to have my own hybrid paint company between now and 5 years. (Hybrid as in, i'm also a creative person who's a photographer and music producer. I'd like to do freelance creative jobs too in the future. But i don't want to quit painting just yet as i do really enjoy the job even if its manual labor.)

I've been working out for about 10 years now. With the main focus being health over size these last years.

There's also work to be done regarding dating. I've got laid about 20 times, but as i'm approaching 31 and i haven't had that much action these last years (only had one lay in 2022) i have a feeling that i missing out on something and i want to have some additional casual experiences. I do want to find someone serious in the future though. But its not my main goal.

- get to atleast 12% bodyfat (14 now), if this goes really well the goal will be shifted to 11 and maybe even 10.
- no alcohol for a year (discipline/willpower)
- no porn/masturbation for a year (discipline/willpower)
- limited bad junk foods. No take outs (discipline/willpower)
- Read 20 books and impliment the knowledge through creating a mindmap about them. (discipline/book goal)

: January Goals

- Finishing 1 masterclass (music/will power goal)
- Consistingly work out 3 times a week for the month without skipping a workout. A bad workout is better than no workout (strength/discipline)
- No alcohol for a month. Even if its my birthday the 20th. Nope nada. (discipline/willpower)
- reach the month without porn/fap (discipline/willpower)
- reach 70kgs again (72.5kgs now) (Strength and health goal)
- Having my morning routine back in check (waking up > reading 20 mins > meditation 10 - 15 mins > Ear training app > GTG) (discipline/willpower)
- Finishing 3 books, (How to win friends & influence people > Atomic Habits > Loving What Is) (book/discipline goal)

Damn its quite the list reviewing it back. Honestly? i'm terrified and super stoked at the same time. Especially the vlog thing, But i think its essential to do in order to really get yourself in the works with it. And also just being able to look back on the journey one went is a gift on its own.

I found the website through a lucky google search and have been in the space for a while but have not been taking it as seriously as I should.

Goals February 6th:

1: Get laid and retain two girls
2: Make $500 in revenue with my online business

Mini-goals:
1: Finish my 20-pack of teeth whitening strips
2: Learn how to play chess
3: add 2 pictures to my dating/online profile

Came from DC7 yt channel to GLL and completed half of the AA program (realized I was able to hit on girls already) and migrated here for an active community.
 
My number one goal is to lose my virginity in 2023. I am autistic and have difficulty interacting with women, and have some body fat to lose as well. I am around 187 lbs (85 kg), down from 286 lbs (130 kg) four years ago. I am skinny fat and my goal is to lose ~15 lbs (7 kg) in two months by implementing a strength training routine and adhering to a 1,800-2,200 calorie/day, high-protein diet. Unfortunately, I developed a oneitis for a crush I met on a group trip. She has a vivacious personality and great smile, and I am obsessed w/ her. My goal is still to interact with more women and try to get laid, despite the effort required to find a girl like her and attract her. I will continue attend group therapy once a week, in addition to regular therapy and psychiatry sessions, to deal with my issues relating to obsessive crushes and autism. My goal is to earn $50-70k+ for my first job out of college. I had a intro phone call for a remote analyst role today, and have multiple job interviews next week. I plan to hit the gym as soon as I recover from being sick. I hope 2023 is a year full of prosperity and love :)
