Hey Guys, very excited to finally be on the forums!

My name is Ketan Seth and my Social Media/YT Handles are @intellectual.muscle or IntellectualMuscle across different platforms.

I've been listening to Andy's podcasts and YT for a while now, first finding it through the Approach Anxiety program and then realizing there is actually an active community on here that is working together to better themselves!

I've been in self-improvement for over 15 years now (Zyzz & GLL were my first ever idol/mentor) and started Pick Up about 2 years ago as a means to get over my fears of "not being good enough".

My Goals

Wr.t. Game these are all the things I haven't done that I wish to explore :
-3somes
-Pull from Clubs/Bars repeatedly
-Greater engagement with Higher Quality Women
-Older Women (LOVE Cougars and need to find my Mrs. Robinsons <3 )

I am looking to get back into Game BIG time for a period of 3-6 months at least and see what's capable with a 100% focus on nothing but Game (which has pretty much NEVER been able to happen so far). At some point, I would maybe even want to take a "world tour" or at least hop on the top few countries with a bunch of guys all looking to slay together.

I am actually looking for active wings in the GTA, I live in Oakville currently myself and would love to have someone to team up with to hit the Night Game locations.

I have some experience (20 lays) but have been in a dry spell for the last few months and I am commited to changing that for good. I am a Uni student (21 years) in a medium/small city in Europe

Current goals:
-Sleep with at least 10 new girls in 2023 and retain the ones that I enjoy spending time with.
-Gain 6 kg of muscle and hit 87 kg (current weight 81 kg)
-Have an overall satisfying dating life

I'm Declaration of Principals, or DoP, 25 from Scotland

I turned 25 last summer, and I'm getting my life sorted. spent the last 2 years of university in a funk, and I let my career and personal life get away from me. After 6 months of proper ground up work, i think i'm at a place to really tackle some self-improvement, and join this site.

Bit about me:
I'm a huge fan of old movies (my username comes from Citizen Kane). I would like to make movies for myself, and made 2 shorts a while back.
I love cooking. used to bake, but now it's mostly healthy for me.
I work at a nightclub, but not an especially cool one. looking to trade up.

my goals for the year
Get laid - sleep with 10 girls and go on 30 dates. (I've finally signed up for tinder and hinge Today. That should help!!)
Exercise goals - visible abs and jawline + add muscle.
Hobbies - Save for a DSLR so i can take better pictures and to make a short film over the year
Work - keep applying to new places and try to get a better job.

My current goal is to get paid, since I don't have any income right now, only savings (around 100k) - lived on savings for a fucking long time, while I became obsessed with the gym. Best income year I had was around 160.000$.

When my cash-flow is in check, it will open more doors for my overall lifestyle that I will explore.

I want to develop a sustainable or secure, but growing income that will allow me to access better conditions.

I want not to be invisible in my society, and be a respected and considered member of it. Also I don't want to experience helplessness by it and being dragged by it, day-by-day. I want to end that.
 
Hello everyone!
I, Gadnuk, commit to working on my goals and taking myself seriously.

I've been into self improvemnt for a while now, not very consitently tho.
Found out about this forum I think on reddit when I was looking on how to make friends and then I started reading GLL posts on my days off. I really like the idea of hardcore self improvement - becoming above average and that average can go fuck itself.

My main goals for the next 3 months are:

Gym - 60kg overhead press, 160kg deadlift, 110kg bench
Gain back what I lost, I am 76kg now, at my peak I used to weight 80kg, after I get it my next goal is 85kg
I am doing and going to do whatever I can to become above average - looks, clothes, accesories etc.
Make some new quality friends
Getting rid of this weak mentality that I sometimes have and doing what needs to be done even when I dont feel like it or have a "bad day".
And the main one, why I am doing all of these above is to get laid
I am not a virgin(1 lay) but I feel like one. I would like to have sex with ordinary girl, not an escort like I did. I need it for my confidence It's this insecurity that's been eating me for years now.
Edit: forgot about masturbation and porn, that's also a very big one, I want to reduce it first and then stop completely.
