BODYBUILDING MEGA THREAD: ACCOUNTABILITY / TRAINING / DIET / MOTIVATION & HARDCORE GOAL ACHIEVEMENT

Training:

-Leg Press: Full stack (127kg, 280lbs): x 10
-Smith Flat Bench: 30kg x 8
-Pulldown: 30kg x 8
-Shoulder Press: 25kg x 6
-Leg Curl: 54kg x 8

Sauna: 20 Mins

Notes:

Experimenting with super slow, time under tension training to failure. First session lifting like this. Nothing was done to true failure. Had to get a feel. Next session, which is Friday, I'll go to true failure to the best of my ability.

Just trying to lose some bodyfat over my final few weeks in the US, go home and crack into monk mode for 6 months!

An alternative to ephedrine I found is synephrine(bitter orange extract) but When I take it. I feel like my heart is about to beat out of my chest, I don't think it's that good.. But I will continue. and I'm about to do another in body. scan tomorrow in order to see how much fat I have compared to my last scan.

I did one testosterone cycle and have experience with SARMS.
Summary: Useless and harmful.
Exceptions: You are a competitive athlete, they are all on substances or you start getting fit very, very late in your self-improvement journey and want to save some time. But all in all it doesn't make any sense. I felt a huge urge for years to try it, I did and now it's out of my mind

My experience with sarms is the opposite. I found them useful and side-effect free. I was at my biggest when I ran MK and LGD in tandem. Zero side effects too.

Didn't/won't touch actual steroids because I'm paranoid about my hair lol

I had no noticeable side effects either on the test cycle or on RAD 140, LGD or Ostarine. But when it comes to SARMS, we must not forget that they are research chemicals and we can't say to 100% what happens inside. By harmfull I mean especially the time after a low dose test cycle, which was super annoying and the time before didn't compensate for it.

In general, I don't think the bonus you get from a 250mg test or some Sarms is so huge that it would be worth it again for me personally. Furthermore, regardless of whether it was after the test cycle or Sarms, I always fell back to the same starting level, which is probably my genetic limit. That's why I accept my genetic limit, concentrate on martial arts and only pump weights to maintain my muscles.

Got my InBody scan. Came in with 16 percent bodyfat at 6'1 200 lbs.

Goal is to cut bodyfat until abs are visible but i'll settle for 10 percent.

I stopped working with my recomp coach about 2 months ago. He was burning me out to my very limits. And I started actually losing strength. Pushed my hard and got me to gain size and strength, sure, but eventually my body legit tapped out and I couldn’t recover anymore

I then went to the US and my life was just a blur in NYC. Extreme hustle.

Now I am making it clear to the forums I have to spend a few months getting lean, in shape, and just fitter and healthier

I will fast successfully tomorrow. I got mogged yesterday.

30mins assault bike cardio yesterday, listened to a Fred again mix and thought of things I'm grateful for. Felt very euphoric

Surprised with my overhead performance today, it's probably sitting around 100kg again.

Feeling like I can follow novice linear progression until my squat is at 180kg×5. Adding the jumps in is definitely helping.

I've split my AM meal into two so I've gone from two to three meals a day which I prefer.

I postponed it for a while but I finally hired a coach for the next 2 months and I plan to renew unless it goes wrong.
4 workouts a week + 1 optional: PPL, Back+Biceps, optional Chest+Shoulders. Cardio and abs included. Diet starts at 2800 kcal - 163g of proteins, 30g of fat, 460g of carbs.

I did the first workout today, loved it. The amount of sets and reps was humbling, I had to significantly lower the weights on some exercises I'm already used to.
Followed the diet also. I'm hungry. 😁

@MCGOOBINS I plan on staying natty unless at some point my T gets real low or something. I'd hop on T for health reasons, maybe with age I will. I won't do it just for muscles.
 
Gotta lay off the upper body plyometrics as they're inflaming my pec tendons. I play it very safe when they flare up as I've had a bad pull in the past after a night of MD lol. I'll abandon heavy pressing for the next week and just get a lot of volume in with slow eccentrics and deep stretches.

My recovery also isn't there so I'm gonna get some protein shakes just to update my intake in an easy whey
