A few months ago, I also felt pretty shitty.

Try getting hooked on working out. It’s addictive! After every workout, you’ll get a nice rush of endorphines which will make you feel much better.

I could probably build one or just start by buying dumbbells. I can definitely see the potential benefits of having a gym at home as opposed to going to a public gym.

I’m just slowly building my way up with baby steps
 
Did the todo list consistently for like 8 days now, I’m proud. I will add 5 squats to the daily to do list from tomorrow onwards and see how that goes.
