Figuring out vlogs still - i want to get comfortable to the point where i come across more natural on camera

Like anything it will just be a case of sticking at it and with practice you get better

Cals today - 2000

Admitted to Andy on a coaching call that i didnt feel i was using my time well. Worked on fixing that today.

1. Did a 50 minute bodyweight and dumbell session - had an extra 150 cals because of this

2. Did 3 app based Russian lessons totalling about 1 hr of language learning

3. Downloaded a click counter app and smashed out 100 messages on Hinge, took about 1 hr - 'Hey you're sexy. What's up?'


Still more time in the day when you have the whole day off. Will try to fit in more next time.

I also walked around a bit testing if my foot is ok (has been hurting like shit lately, probs because of my old shoes) and went to the shops to stock up on meat.

Literally bro. Are you tracking net or total carbs? You can get A LOT more generous with veg portion sizes if you take off the fibre.
 
Im not tracking macros at all tbh

Cals in cals out - nothing too fancy about what im doing

Watching my protein intake but thats about it. Oh and push my first meal back as far as i can. Just helps me control my daily eating.

Did a Friday night tinder boost and smashed out another 50 messages on hinge
No leads to report as yet

Tomorrow i will buy a set of scales - i used to use the one at the gym but obvs that isnt an option rn
 
Had a very ill disciplined Saturday

Cals were around 1700 from food ...but i drank as well last night for a friends bday party so i think i had an extra 1000+ emtpy cals from beer

Did spend pretty much all day before last nights party walking around town though checking out the protest and doing some shopping

Didnt wake up until like 1pm today, shitty hangover so productivity is low
 
Bought some scales today to actually check my weight - cheap set from a Target

Back when i was last keeping track properly using my gym's scales i had my weight at about 85kg by using median numbers

First reading from these scales is 91kg - so not the best start but one mid afternoon reading is not an indication of my true number at all

I want to be at 80kg before i consider going back to maintenance calories

Just over 2 weeks into a deficit i plan to remain in for at least 10 weeks
 
Yeah all that water weight gone and now the fat should come off too

Ive lost the slight love handles i picked up during lockdown :cool:

Managed to scrape one lead out of the past two weekends of online dating apps - not the best return. Keeping up the habit of just doing it though.

Yesterday was cheat day - about 2500 cals in food - some beer as well

Woke up in a foul mood today. Had a dream about my ex and online im not getting results short term rn to take my mind off it. Second guessing if my photos are doing enough for me. All the normal shit i whinge about. Drinking no doubt didnt help.

Going to fill my day up with tasks and be productive. Usual trick for feeling down, take action.

Report back with my cals for the day later.
