Radicals diet update:
Cals today - 2000
Admitted to Andy on a coaching call that i didnt feel i was using my time well. Worked on fixing that today.
1. Did a 50 minute bodyweight and dumbell session - had an extra 150 cals because of this
2. Did 3 app based Russian lessons totalling about 1 hr of language learning
3. Downloaded a click counter app and smashed out 100 messages on Hinge, took about 1 hr - 'Hey you're sexy. What's up?'
Still more time in the day when you have the whole day off. Will try to fit in more next time.
I also walked around a bit testing if my foot is ok (has been hurting like shit lately, probs because of my old shoes) and went to the shops to stock up on meat.
