I, Atul, commit to working on my goals and taking myself seriously.
My name's Atul and I've been focusing on self-improvement for about 2 years. Some things I'm currently doing:
- Programming (SQL and Python) with online courses
- Have just enrolled in a boxing class (once a week)
- Strength train at the gym 4 times a week (lift weights)
My goals:
The big one is to finally get laid. I haven't really tried wholeheartedly in this area and I'm not going to make excuses about it as my attempts have been limited and pisspoor to say the least. Reading Andy's origin story reminded me of my own, especially fighting depression, realising my self-worth and building myself back up after many years of relying on others for my happiness. I actually never sought out sexual partners due to feeling inadequate but some major life experiences put me on the path of self-improvement and I will never again return to what I once was. I have been on a handful of dates, meeting girls in real-life and online, but don't know how to escalate sexually.
- Start having sex
- Have sex regularly at least once a week (can start with once a month)
- Have sex with 5 different women in the next 12 months
Improve my aesthetic appeal and get ripped
- 15% body fat within next six months (currently around 20%)
- Getting a look that's stylish, attractive and congruent with the person I wish to present myself as
Socialisation
- Meet friends regularly (I try to meet my different friendship groups at least once a month)
- Make new friends
- Push boundaries in social circles to develop my persona
Move into my own home within the next 12 months (I still live with my parents). I know that logistically this is a massive problem for my dating life.
Create a second source of income
- Earn £100 per month through some sort of side hustle [/list]
I can put up my body photo in another part of the forums relevant to improving physique.
