i think the bounty should be something you can do relatively quickly, because will you actually commit to a cold shower every day for the rest of the year??

I just want to add that I think action oriented goals are better than say results based goals. Its easier to see progress. Lets say you wanted to get laid in a month and you figured you would need say 100 daygame approaches. Maybe a good one would be "Do a daygame session tomorrow of 10 approaches." Losing virginity is a good goal but having a plan is more important that just the goal itself. Remember a bad plan executed today is better than a great plan tomorrow.

Cool idea for a thread!

I’m going to a metal concert tonight alone. Instead of just standing alone, walking around and vibing/pitting to the music like i usually do, I’m going to challenge myself to be way more social tonight.

What: Start a conversation with 7+ different people tonight. (Minimum 7, Goal is 10) Once competed, post proof in my log within 24 hours.

When: By the end of tonight.
