goddddd my lifestyle management was so awful this week. i only went tuesday and thursday. skipped yesterday intending to go today, and then messed up today too.

poor lifestyle management is a demon that fucks me over and over. my life has been so erratic over the past few years that I can't stick to a normal routine.

ok but NOW is different. i have a stable job, no plans to move, and understand my actions. still there's always some stupid kink that fucks shit up for me.

i will resolve this
