Not going to start daily logging
But I do think this is worth mentioning, in that this will be helping me accomplish my goals
I've been living quite an unstructured lifestyle, not sleeping enough, not getting the right nutrients
So today, I went out. I bought a ton of groceries, an air fryer. I bought 2 whiteboards, so I can structure my days/goals and have something that reminds me everyday I wake up + daily affirmations that I will recite in the morning/before going out.
I didn't see young girls my age when I was out
So I opened the scariest set I could find, some older looking hot ass tattooed girl. Just said Hey excuse me, I like your back tattoo smiled, she said thanks and then I walked off
Now, to this you might be thinking WTF. It was still social pressure for me, I need to start integrating stuff like that more, I have been starting to just talk to strangers + the cashiers, focusing on my tonality and how I present myself to the public
The reason for the meal prepping is that I need to do this long term, I can't be scrambling with 0 structure, I no longer think of this game with women/self improvement as a sprint, this is seriously a lifelong commitment
Studied game and made notes for 1.5 hours, still messaging girls on tinder.
Not much action to record sadly, but, one step backwards, two steps forward.
EDIT: Meal Prepped Chicken thighs + roasted potatoes enough for the entire week.
