Hey ya'll ! apparently i have to make an intro here. I, J, commit to working on my goals and taking myself seriously.
I'm 25, latino, from NYC. Currently coming out of a Long term long distance relation as well as finishing my degree in accounting so big changes are coming into my life. Although scary, i am excited for what's next. Ive used the gll website before and have learned the emphasis of sticking to 1-2 goals. I have my #1 for a couple of years now and honest'y have yet to pull the trigger but this year i'm def gonna make huge changes onto my life so i will stick to 2 goals and have mini goals i want to accomplish but not needed.

Goal # 1 : Move out of my parents house and move into Brooklyn or manhattan
-Ideally i want this done by the end of December, with roomates. This is my main priority and will be okay if i accomplish just this.

Goal # 2 : Get a Long term job. This one is basically connected to the first goal, i want to get an entry level job as a JA, ideally something fully time.

Income/Knowlegde
- Make $1k/Month with saas biz

- Become more knowledgeable in my career field (Software dev)

- Improve communicating and speaking skills (Presenting work, running demos etc)

- Read 3 books on marketing and sales.

- Get to 12% BF @ 180lbs

- Get Lasik so I don't have to wear glasses anymore

- Get Teeth whitening and improve teeth.

- Apply Minox to help beard growth and some hair thinning.

- Develop/Adobpt a hair loss prevention system

Liesure/Hobbies (Will update these as I go along)

- Continue growing as a dancer

- Travel to 3 dance festivals events in different cities

Mental Health / Inner work

- Reduce general anxiety levels. (Supplements, meditation, etc)

- Practice CBT

- Meditate at least once a day

- Become more at peace with myself.

Dating
Currently I have no problems attracting mainly 6s with 7s sprinkled in. I've pretty much plateaued here. These girls, while being nice people, tend to be lower quality women in terms of the value they bring to my life and in the looks department. My main goal is to increase the quality of the women I date and hook up with.

- Increase my standards with the women in my rotation and in my life. (Except ONS etc)
Date / have at least 2 girls in my rotation at all times. They must be a 7 or above all around. (I'll keep the current one for now)

- Beat Approach Anxiety: Begin doing the AA program once things open back up more in my area and mask mandates are relaxed.
 
Hey. Call me podlas - I used to be very active on the good old GLL forum around 2018-2019.

Andy, creator of this website & forum was actually very actively helping me in those years to improve my tinder photos. This brought incredible results and I started finally seeing some nice results.

So much so that I... ended up with a girlfriend. We were together for 2 years. Few weeks ago she dumped me.

And... I don't even blame her. I have let myself go. I used to have a fairly solid physique, I took care of myself with good haircuts and clothes. Now all of this is gone. My physique deteriorated back to skinny fat default. I have even problems maintaining basic hygiene, like cutting hair or brushing teeth. I became this fat awful dude who just watches netflix covered in chips crumbs. So no surprise I got dumped.

So now, in 2021, I am coming back to the community and for more of that "Andy magic" ;)

My goals for 2021 are very straightforward - it's just to bring back my physique to its 2019 state. Might sound easy (it takes like a month or two to regain muscle for me), but I am dealing with health issues. It seems that I am developing hernia, hence heavy workouts are out of the question now.

I've been slacking on the hernia problem for almost a year now, but getting dumped gave me the push I needed. I started scheduling doctor appointments. My plan is to:
- find out if I require a surgery
- if no - go back to workouts / if yes - get through surgery, recover (1 to 2 months) and THEN go back to workouts.

After this goal is completed we will see what's next.

Goals:

0. Weigh 190 lbs before May 31st, 2021. (Weight as of posting: ~200 lbs. Weight lost over last 12 months: 30 lbs)
0a. Use upcoming military deployment to meet and/or exceed this goal.

1. Finish my Private Pilot's License before August 1st, 2021.
1a. Buy a new vehicle after obtaining my pilot's license.

2. Learn the basics of photography with my new Sony mirrorless camera by the end of March 2021.
2a. Use the knowledge learned to take excellent photos for online dating.
2b. Use upcoming military deployment to take excellent photos of me on adventures to get an unfair advantage when at home.

3. Experiment with more direct game and approach "harder" sets.
3a. Experiment with TAKING ACTION with direct day game, instead of just watching videos about it.

4. Work on coming across as more approachable and vibrant (this has caused women to approach ME in the field).

5. Quitting. Stupid. Ass. Porn.

Hello guys. My name is Michael I am 24 from London (originating in South Africa). I love the whole seduction process but have a bad fucking track record of developing one-itis so I tend to be overly cold initially which works but I think is an unhealthy coping mechanism. I hope to fully evolve into a coach level player and have some fun away. I am always willing to discuss tactics and tips with decent guys. Hello everyone. I'm a freshly turned 18 year old. And as soon as I saw that next step approach, and I saw myself getting lost in the limbo, I realised that I need to get my shit together.

I like the way this site is designed. By simply uploading a photo, I feel like I make it more... Official, in a way.

Goals:

1. Build a stronger personality.
I was always the antisocial kid, living my life in my head. But as the people closest to me said: your thoughts have no value if they're not verbalised. And I can't speak for shit. I want to be able to speak freely.

2. Bulk up. As you might see in my photo, I'm scrawny as a noodle. Going around wearing hoodies all the time only delays the inevitable. This picture will help me in the future for reference, since I've never took a picture of myself in my life.

3. Escape procrastination. I don't even know what it is. When I was little, I would waste all my time on video games. These days however, I spend them doing... Nothing. It's like I'm caught in this limbo where I'm like, tempted to waste time, but just feel guilty enough to not do it, and end up doing nothing.

4. Be proactive in the things I want to do.
I'm the silliest kind of person. The one with huge dreams and very little motivation to fuel them. I've been a spoiled rich kid my whole life. The whole concept of working hard has been completely parallel. I want to familiarize myself with it.

5. Move out.
More of a long term goal. As much as it's unrealistic right now, I want to approach that point little by little. I feel like I'm trapped between what I want and what others want, and I want to finally fucking stand up on my own two legs.

6. Get a better style.
Yeah that's right, I'm person #37332489 that had no sense of fashion.

7. Get myself some photos and actually get the ball rolling. I have no photos. And even though I know that when I get the ball rolling it'll be nasty, rusty, loud, and creaking, I still need to get it rolling, because I need to *do* something.

8. Get laid. Oh you, great motivator of mankind.

I am 32 years old and I am looking to make some major changes in my life.

1) Once lockdown ends, I look forward to lose fat, I currently weight 117kg/190cm, gained like 7-8kg of fat during Covid lockdowns, can't wait for gyms to open again.

2) Get my personal life back on track.

3) Do some *looks maxing*, just had a hair transplant done and I am excited to see the results, unfortunately it can take up to a year.

4) Looking to learn new IT skills and possibly change my career.

Hey everyone, this is Julio from Spain, currently 19 and I´m fucking becoming the best version of myself.

Quick presentation:
I have been living the way my family and government (through public education) have wanted for my entire life until COVID lockdown made me notice that I was in control of very few thins in my life, my life project didn't come up from learning about myself but for trying to accomplish others' expectations. I recently discovered Good Looking Loser and it literally blew up my mind, I did not have a clue about what life can be if one commits with himself to self-development. I aim high and these are my short term and not that short term goals and achievements:

Social & dating:
Have had only a 6 month relationship that I did not enjoy at all & a pretty standard/ mediocre social circle at school and university
- Build a strong confidence in myself in socializing, becoming social free
- Do the Approach Anxiety program from GLL and start cold approaching as soon as possible
- Follow the Andy's Tinder Guide and start having a pretty decent amount of dates (2-3 per week)
- Build a quality social circle of friends and training mates
- Get laid as a consequence of previous goals
- Build a good Instagram profile with good quality pictures

Calisthenics:
Started practising during COVID lockdown and fell in love with the sport until the point that I am obsessed with it
- Become the best athlete I can possibly be
- Learn even more about athlete nutrition, supplementation, biomechanics and optimize my training schedule and techniques
- (Long term) Start competing

Health & mental:
Due to calisthenics I also started taking care of this:
- Be consistent with my meditation & cold showers
- Learn more about hacking my health
- Be consistent with reading self-development books (at least 1 per month)
- Although I don't really watch porn or fap that often ( 1 per month), totally eradicate this habit from my life
- Practise my spoken English with antive speakers
- Find a balance in hard & consistent work and time for me and my hobbies

Carreer/Financial:
As of now I have not found special interest in building business and wealth for my life and personal freedom. I will start studying at another university next year but I would like to find motivation,
better said, to find if I really value money and wealth rather than other things ( I'd appreciate a llitle help on this one :) )
At the moment, I will leave this aside, want to focus on the 3 aspects previously mentioned.

I really hope this community will reciprocaly help each other and get the most out of ourselves. Will be posting again soon!!
