Hello, I came across this forum via Andy's website. I had a bad 2020, got fat due to injury and lockdowns became a mess. Since the gyms opened up I've been in there ever since losing bodyfat. Andy's Tinder guide advice helped me see holes in my game over the years and I've joined because I want to improve my looks(achieve the lowest BF% I've had before), bang way more good looking chicks and even maintain a somewhat steady rotation. I've handled some personal issues and improved my mindset and I'm already getting back into the swing of things but I still have more fat to lose and it's tough. I figured this forum would be some extra accountability and I'm always open to learning new things.

I found Andy's blog last year and finally decided to join the forums. I've soooo many goals for 2021 that maybe I'm being too ambitious but I'm gonna list them anyway.

Some of my goals :
- Lose more body fat and get in shape (I've made a lot of progress in this one, I went from 99,5kg in January to 84kg today. So I know I can do it.)
- Change my job to get one that I actually enjoy with better pay.
- Get french driver's licence and buy a car.
- Get french citenzinship.
- Get laid.
- Learn how to flirt/seduce women.
- Be successful on Tinder (goal is to have 100+ likes matches that are actually real and pretty girls).

I'm also currently seeing a therapist to help me overcome my anxiety and depression towards work. I've also bought some self-help books that I'm reading to try to have a different approach to life.

Basically, I've been working on myself since 2021 started. I'm not yet where I wanna be, but I want to definetly change my life. Flip the script. I joined the forums so I can get more motivated working on these goals and get some feedback on my online dating profile.

Hey everyone,

I'm excited to join the forum. I've been following Andy's site for a few months now, and figured it was time to dive in and commit myself to self-improvement.

I'm in a good place in life right now. I'm a young, athletic, decent-looking guy, making good money at a good job, with a solid social circle. I'm okay with girls, but not seeing the type of strong results that I'd like to see, and I know that I have plenty of room to improve. So for me, I'm entirely focused on improving my results with women at the moment, be that through online dating or in-person approach.

My short term goal is to beat my approach anxiety through the GLL approach anxiety program, and I'll be documenting my progress on these forums.

Goal is to reduce/eliminate anxiety and get laid. I’m 25 and work remotely full time live in DC. Body fat is pretty low, but so is muscle mass unfortunately, so putting on some size is a secondary goal.

What's up? I'm a 30-year-old from Ireland. I coasted through my 20s achieving fuck all in my most important life areas. As a result, it's hard to know where to start. I have been socially anxious since I was 19, probably chronically (mildly) depressed for 90% of my 20s, never been in good shape, never earned more than $2.5k per month, and only slept with 3 women.

My only 'achievement' has been developing freelance income and getting to travel quite a lot during my 20s. I got by socially due to being a heavy drinker (I'm Irish, right!) and retaining a couple of friendships from school. On my solo trips abroad, I saw some amazing places and ate some amazing food, but I mostly kept to myself. I probably don't give myself enough credit for having the balls to solo travel, but it's a classic depression thing to downplay the good and amplify the bad.

I think my financial goals are probably most important because money means freedom. At 30, it feels like I'm running out of time to get my shit together, which leads to inertia because I start to think, "fuck, I've got too much to work on".

Anyway, a big motivation for joining this community was to surround myself with other motivated people who are going places in life and who can push me to better myself. In the 'real world', I have only 3 friends, and none of them ever encourage me to improve. My best friend is in and out of psych wards due to drug addiction, and my two other friends just want to get together and drink.

I have another significant personal (relationship/family) issue that I am not yet comfortable discussing but I will probably ask for help on it after I've come to trust this place.

Looking forward to meeting some new people and helping each other improve our lives.

Short-Term Goals:

- Earn a minimum of $3.5k per month by December 2021.

- Stop medicating myself with porn and alcohol.

- Get myself to 10% body fat.

I'm 28, turning 29 soon. I live in the US (Utah). I have some experience accomplishing my goals, but I have a long way to go.
in 2013 I weighed in at 305lbs, now i'm 218lbs (as of this morning). I want to reach my original goal of weighing in at 180lbs.
Getting laid isn't a primary goal of mine. My current priorities are:
social freedom (completing AA)
losing weight (180lbs)
learning more about my tastes in women (date 20 new girls by the end of 2021).

This years sex life goals:
- having sex regularly. At least one night per week. Optimally not only on average, but really every week. Worked well so far, only had three weeks where I didn't
- fucking twelve chicks this year, one for each month (currently 2/12)
- beating my approach anxiety. Most important goal. On day four right now. Will crosspost in this forum.

Fitness goals until end of August, I want to be able to do:
- 50 pushups, chest to bottom (30 currently)
- 10 pullups (4 currently)
- 1 min handstand (can't control the balance currently)

I'll put a more extensive intro at the beginning of my AA log with some backstory.

I want to spend the next 3 months killing it in the gym, getting in shape and taking good pics. Then get on a few dating apps and try to sleep with 4 girls this year.

Career wise I’m transitioning from being an engineer to the navy. I want to make seal pst standards by august.

My main goal is to beat the 6-week AA program (Day 11 of 46), hopefully by August. My side goal (much easier) is cutting down to 10% body fat which includes doing an online paid weight-lifting program. No other goals.
