Goals:
Date very sexy women: I've dated cute girls but never anyone who really blew me away. Most of the girls in my social circle (music and artsy types) aren't my type, physically; I have very conventional tastes in women (read: I like what Hollywood likes), and the girls I meet through friends I generally don't find that hot, though they are often fun and interesting.

Better bantering: I love a good conversation, especially a fun one where my interlocutor and I banter. This is fun for its own sake but it also helps with verbal game. I want to get better at it and be more natural and at ease in conversations more generally.

I'm looking to fuck hot chicks through cold-approach. I've done many cold approaches and have had some close calls, but I have yet to get laid from it. I live in So. Cal. in an area that has challenging logistics. I believe this is the biggest challenge for me to overcome. I work a decent job, but I don't want to pay for an expensive apartment that has better logistics.

I would also like to be able to pee in public (lool). I struggle with being able to urinate in public toilets with people around and I would like to get over it.

Hello Everyone!

This is Lou (Luis). I am based in Melbourne - Australia.

I was in a happy relationship until 2 years ago which did not survive the first Covid lockdown. For the last 2 years I spend half of each year under lockdown and spent most of my time focused in other life goals which I have pretty much achieved.

I did not care much about girls/relationships for a while after my breakup but now I have got the need to start meeting and dating girls. I have done OK before but basically because I got lucky with girls approaching me/girls making it really obvious that they were keen or being introduced by common friends. These last 2 years have affected me and, I am not going to lie, I am anxious as I type these words but I can only keep moving forward.

As a secondary goal I am also going to focus on keeping improving as a musician and release more videos on my (currently small) Youtube channel.

I'm working on each of them everyday but decided it is the best if I found people with similar ideals as myself.

I'm 30 from Cairns but lived on the GC for 3 years whilst studying law. I work for a not-for-profit charity as a lawyer in remote QLD. The role allows me to go on four wheel driving adventures and see unique parts of the Country.

My LC is getting close to 100 (82).

Currently seeing some success from online dating but I feel that I haven't reached my potential and and I'm yet to maximize my SMV.

I have mainly used the material, tips and guides from Alex at PWF but thought I could also learn more from Andy.

Current short term goals include maintaining 8% body fat at 82-84kgs and career (salary) progression.

Long term goals would be to find someone to settle down with.

I've been stuck in the avoidance and self-sabotage phase for about a year now after losing 70lbs. I feel like I'm on track to becoming attractive and its time to put in the work to treat dating seriously. My main goal is to use what's left of my time at college to lose my virginity.

I was raised mormon (a conservative christian cult) but tossed that shit out to pasture about 2 years ago and I've been rebuilding my world view since then. I'm specifically looking here for guys who have advice on how to navigate online dating in conservative cultures such as Utah. I simply want to increase the reps required for me to get laid and just generally become more confident through positive experience.

Fitness is still a big part of my mission. I've picked up boxing and would like fight as a welterweight. I will lose 30lbs and 11% more body fat. I have long term goals of leaving the US to hopefully find a culture I'd love enough to renounce citizenship.

30, living in Switzerland, Zurich area.
Have been working as a software engineer for the past ten years.
Too many video games and porn and not enough travel, adventure, sex (none) and memorable experiences made me realize that I need to change my life or I will deeply regret it.

Over the last year or so I started to change my life.
Started group coaching (not with Andy), picked up a new hobby (photography), moved to a better apartment, finally bit the bullet and had laser surgery for my eyes, dabbled in some online dating and began a 365 project (90 days in so far, write at least 300 words per day).

When I saw Andy's interview with Brandon about the AA Program I got this heavy feeling in my gut that this is something I must do or I will remember for the rest of my life that I pussied out.
I've been putting off doing it for a few weeks now. Last Thursday night I said "fuck it", tomorrow is the day. I'll start the AA Program.

Since then I have done a drill every day, even when it got hard and I wanted to quit.

My number one goal right now is to finish the AA Program. I feel anything else I want to do after that will be much easier.

To get 'brutally' strong (Weighted Dip(120Kg), Weighted Pull Up(80Kg), OHP(100Kg), Squat(200Kg), Deadlift(240Kg).
To get somewhat flexible: bridge, pancake, middle splits.
To not drop out of university or retake modules.
To actively take or create leadership roles for myself.
To become a man that can express himself freely.

Hi from Texas everyone :) I'm 28, living in DFW. Looking forward to seeing everyone's journey on this forum and sharing my own.

I, Sol, commit to working on my goals and taking myself seriously.

1. Improve depression & have higher self esteem
- Should have this down, but there's something off internally. I make enough to not worry about money, people say I'm good looking, I've objectively done well in school, have an awesome career, got cool hobbies, but I can't help but compare myself to the top 5% of people & get down on myself about it.
2. Do better with girls (e.g consistent matches & results from online dating, explore getting dates from IRL)
- I used to do pretty good (sleeping with girls on the first date, 2-girl threesomes, abundance mentality). I'm not sure what happened the last year or so, but now I get almost no matches, 0-2 dates per week with girls I'm ambivalent about, and even when I bring girls home I'm not able to close the deal with them.
3. Get a solid friend group who is down to join me doing dope shit
- I have like one friend right now, but hopefully with some new hobbies & moving that will get better
4. Feel competent in my current hobbies (music, photography) and explore new ones
- I try to spend 20 minutes practicing each day, and take my camera with me everywhere. This is going pretty well.
5. Stick to my habits that I've been tracking (Lifting, sleeping, diet, journaling, social stuff)
- Also going pretty well. I found a great app that really hits that brain dopamine button for nerdy guys like me (called Habitica if anyone wants to join my party)
6. Do the above stuff without hurting my conservative family too much
- This one is tough. I've got some plans about how to do this (i.e. moving out to a badass apartment) but it's hard because I do love my family & they don't approve of some of the above goals

My next goal is to post in the area specific forum to find someone who's down to go take pictures :P Nice to meet you everyone!

I've been reading you cant afford the luxury of a negative thought and its honestly changed everything. Thank you to Andy for making the article on depression and me reading it like 10 times :lol: I've started to become an optimist and I don't see myself going back.
