I need to find the balance of sharing goals versus privacy within this forum. I want to share everything transparently but don't want it to bleed into discovery by my existing contacts, though I'm leaning towards that doesn't matter.

I have a similar professional profile to you and no issues so far. There are less than 200 active guys on this forum. Biggest thing I would recommend is cropping your entire head instead of just censoring your face. I also keep my log in the private section and leave out a lot of identifying info in my reports.

After getting my life in order I finally want to lose my Virginity and have a sex life. On paper I have a stable job, ample free time and some money to burn while living in a centrally located apartment in a major metropolitan area. In clothes and physique I think I am somewhat above average. Biggest problems are my social anxiety and inexperience plus major tendency to procrastinate. I appreciate the focus of this community on taking action and holding each other accountable. Still working on building a social circle in my new city.

Polish expat doing a PhD in Switzerland. I don't even speak the local language. The loneliness here was my small personal hell. I'm close to 30 and soon I'll be forced to switch countries, so it's time to sort out my shit. No face in the photo, I don't want to be recognized via an image search, and if I stay in academia my face might become public.

I already started following Andy's self-improvement guide. Lost 5kgs, bought accessories, started treating my acne scars, currently trying to take good pictures of myself.
Reading Andy's guide alone made me realise that improving myself is possible and motivated me to quit porn. Andy, if you're reading this, I already owe you.

Goals:
Lose ~13kgs more until I'm around 10% BF
Achieve social freedom
Get laid 5 times before I'm forced to switch countries

I'm 34 years old. It's crazy to think that I started reading some pick up stuff in 2008 but never really committed to it. I still improved over the years just out of normal life accumulation of experience plus a bit of guidance I did extract every now and then from pick up content, especially in the last few years after my last relationship. Concretely, I got laid about once every two or three years in my early twenties, sometimes feeling it was almost impossible that I would ever get laid again without paying. Now I have more consistent results and more confidence but still far from where I'd like to be.

Goals:
Get laid with girls I'm really attracted to, and in the process figure out what kinds of relationships I want
Make more friends
Create new income streams
And I would love to cold approach in daytime but I'm honestly not so sure I'll be able to beat my excuses/fear on that one.

Cold approaching is good.

A lot of guys here got into Mike's group and then left.
And are doing far better after we left btw.

If you need good day game resources ask for it. I know some and other guys know it too.

I, MrBond, commit to working on my goals and taking myself seriously.

28 from Italy, my current goals are:

-finishing my degree in data science
-understand how relationship work in a more general sense
-find a HQ girlfriend
-become financially indipendent, i.e. I don't want to care about money as much as I do now
-I want to be able to recognize oppurtunities when they present themselves

Found this forum at the end of 2021, started implementing the advice given here and as a result had about 20 lays from online in 2022. It doesn't feel like ive done
alot of work though, my online success was mostly down to one good picture i shot of myself. I've since moved to a much bigger city (1.8M people) and my online dating
pretty much died. (Though i slept with two girls in my second week here and am still seeing one of them) I suspected this would happen since there were more girls than boys in my last city. So after doing a professional photoshoot and not seeing any improvement
it is time for me to get my ass up and do the work. For me that means:

Talking to atleast one girl a week (will increase later)
Bulking up to 90kg (currently at 80.5)
Improving my fashion
Making friends in this new city

I will setup a log to post what i did everyday to keep myself accountable.
Also i want to reach a place where i can give value back to this community that has already done so much for me. Looking forward to being a part of this!
