About Me:
29 from Sydney. I am not happy with who I am as a person and I want to change that dramatically. I have been reading the book, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Joe Dispenza.


Goals:
Attempt 5 x business ideas by Mar 24
Eat Clean for more than 1 month (ie. no fast food, no unhealthy sauces, no oil and grease)
Journal everyday for 3 months straight.
Clean my house every Saturday to clear my mind
No porn. Or any type of online porn funnels (ie. social media, news report)
Focus on my spiritual needs daily (e.g. religion, meditation etc.)
Daily Log 1 x day on here, reporting progress or lack of.
 
Darren - loving relationship blogger and language learner currently speak 6 languages aiming for 15 in the next 3 years . Love languages , culture spend my time around London , US , Nice in south of France and sometimes Dubai. Based in London full time at the moment but could change next year

Almost 41 and want to live a more purposeful life. My main goals are improving self love and building my business. Found my way here via Radical's FB group. There are some inspiring men on this forum and I am grateful to be a part.
 
Hello everyone , 22yo , the goal is overall improvment(health,mindset,money,dating) with a big of focus on pickup, i found about KYIL through GLL and other blogs about game a few months ago.

im Felix from Bochum Germany,im 30 Years old now and throughout my life i always had to selfimprove. Starting of beeing a quite sad vulnerable and unoriented child with no emotional home, i was very bad at supressing my mental Problems and had to figure out how Humans function including myself from quite early on. I managed to pull myself out of depresssion with the Help of a lot of Books, rolemodels and lucky circumstances. Funny thing about myself, i cannot do Drugs , i get Panic attacks from weed, Cocaine disgusted me and MDMA made me feel really embarressed afterwords, im pretty thankfull for that. U might say im a strange guy, because in some Topics of selfimproving im quite advanced and in others i dont know shit abbout. Anyways... I have bin into Pickup in 2011-2016ish but always had kind of a scamy feeling about it, it diddnt feel wholesome. Im in a open Relationship wit my beautiful , intelligent and also on the way of selfimproving , Girlfriend/ fiance. And i want to become a better lover and Partner for her (and obviously for me :D). I guess my goal in that part of my life is proving myself that im able to attract and "get women" and i want to overcome my fear and my restraints (and dis or uncover the reasons for those) when it comes to aproach Women (i did cold approach already quite often... the one im most proud of was the time i got the Number of a Female police Officer in front of all her colleagues (as much adrenaline as Bungeejumpin in South africa ...:D)...she told me she wasnt looking fo anything , still gave me her Number. I didnt wrote her at all because i thought she didnt want to get in contact. (seems im kind of stupid)). So there is improvement in that Area. I Started my own Business in the Beginning of 2023 and last month (okt) was my first Month of beeing profitable. im very proud of reaching that point without dept. I want to get better in that as well and want to build selfdicipilne because i think thats the key to success and fitness. I also study Mechaical engeneering on the side because i started it in 2012 and i realy want to finish it. I also want to continue doing Kickboxing and having one fight at some Point . So alot of things to work on, my main goal is to improve slowly on all those things and not beatin myself up because progress is not as good as i suspect.

Time for me to get my shit together. I have a lot of different goals, but to post the ones that are most important to me right now:

I want to have a rotation of 3 plates I'm seeing at once, and I want to be 80KG @10% body fat (currently 70KG at about 13%).

I'll go into more detail on my log about breaking these down into smaller steps.

30 from Cali, living in the Midwest, moving in May.
My number one goal is to feel happy most of the time.
I have subgoals related to that but the most overarching two are:
1. Feel satisfied with my work.
2. Get married and have kids.

It's not absolutely necessary I guess to have this as a pre-condition but I'd like to have a 3some and join the mile high club before getting married. However, I do think having a 3some (without paying) is a sufficiently hard goal that I'll really need to have many facets of my life together to achieve. I'm here to keep a log to stay accountable to myself since I've had this goal for 3+ months now but I have not really taken actionable steps towards accomplishing it yet. That changes starting NOW.

Fitness goal is to bench my own bodyweight and also lose 10kg to get to 75kg.

Also want to overcome my approach anxiety and will take the baby steps to get there.

I'm 29 and I'm here because I wanna end my 2 months lasting dry spell and I want to overall improve my dating life, because it's breaking me mentally and keeping myself accountable, giving me a lot of self-doubt which I wanna get rid off, makes me feel like a fucking loser. I want change, it's kililng me inside

My main goals are

- Improving my game with woman (I'm having a lay count from 68 however, around 42 are asian notches and i'm white myself so I still feel seriously unfulfilled in Europe) and reach 100 lays and feel true abundance. Now I'm constantly in the scarcity mindset and my game is pretty needy atm
- Improving my income
- Changing my career and finding overall purpose. I don't like what I'm doing from career atm, so I wanna change that, very unhappy in my current sitaution.
- Being a ripped mofo
- Improving my mental strength
- Spending more time on my hobbies (tennis, fitness, travel and language learning)

Sup all, I'm 31 and from Australia. There is a fuck-ton I need to achieve in my life since 20-30 were pretty fucked for me, struggling on and off with depression.

I got too many goals and wants to count but I will sum it up into a few:

- Financial freedom
- Break a several year dry spell and then take that shit to the next level
- Look good
- Be happy
- Ween off meds

I'd say these form the pillars of what I want to achieve with everything else coming under these (e.g financial freedom leading into being able to help family financially, discovering hobbies I enjoy, excluding gaming, to elevate happiness etc.). Some intertwine, like my teeth + jaw surgery costing 20k to fix.

Arse load of work to be done, just hoping it gets done before I'm decrepit.

I am 35 years old, living in the United States.

Goals:

- Drop 25 lbs (from 185 to 160)
- Get a job that pays well enough that I can move out and live on my own

I have a lot of other long-term goals but I think these are the main things I will be focusing on in the short term.

Dr master you need to read the instructions and put in the proper " Name commit to take myself seriously".

Its kinda sad but also motivating to see all of these introductions with no log followups. Most likely they just decided to not take action and buried their heads in the sand.

Currently in process of starting new sales job so will rent an apartment and get stuck into approaching.

Have been focussing heavily on lifting and 'make money online' endeavours - could call it a perpetual monk mode... but now realised I want the sales job to keep sharp and also use the money to move out, approach and get more action again.

Had action as a teen, went monk mode during covid, had some action post covid but now ready to turn the dial to HOT.

I was defacto monogamous for a while during and after the pandemic, for obvious reasons. It was a weird couple of years and a massive rollercoaster for me emotionally. I was a dick to a lot of people I care about. I finally left my girlfriend a year ago, and I now have enough free time that I want to get back into the fray.

Goals:
-3 FWBs
-Cut to 165lbs
-10k monthly income (USD) (currently at $5.7k)

I'm here because, at the end of the day, having a forum holding me accountable massively increased my productivity in the past. Looking forward to emotional high of watching those numbers above closing the gap to my goals.
